One time the lift pump wasn’t working properly and they changed it quickly. I have used them for the last 20 plus years and have always been satisfied with their work.

I use Tidy Tank to maintain my septic system. Their technicians come in every 6 month to check things out and make sure all components are working properly. I have a state of the art low pressure distribution with aeration system. Their are very knowledgeable. They keep my system working like new even though it's 30 years old now.

I called Ron's Tidy Service today and they set me an appointment for next Wednesday. They explained costs up front and Arielle was extremely courteous on the phone and very detailed.. About an hour later they called and said they had a cancellation and could be there in about 20 minutes. They arrived, set up to pump out and found the lift station wasn't working. While pumping they called into the office , told them the problem and then relayed to me they had those repair technicians that could be there in 20 minutes if I wanted to get that fixed today . I agreed. They were there soon after. The repairman Justin explained in detail the workings of the system and what would be needed. He gave me an estimate of the cost. I could not have been happier with the workers professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness. Justin also recommended upgrading the top rim of the tank and getting an electrician to move the electric, He gave me the estimate of the repair they would do for that when the part came in. I would recommend this company to anyone needing septic work.
