NEW Review: I came to leave a review about my service this week and found the old review; I never clicked "Post". Good news: they're still great! Interesting: Justin is still there and providing great service. We had moved from our residence; he called me in FL to let me know a summary of work. Always professional & knowledgeable! Now, for the office staff - WOW! I was fortunate to get Ariel on Monday. I called needing TT's help. Our home needed septic pumped for a closing. She moved heaven/earth to squeeze us in. She was empathetic and followed through on her return calls etc. When Ariel was at training & unavailable by phone, Jen stepped in and made sure to pick up where Ariel left off. Their staff also has good relationships with local septic and well inspectors in getting the job(s) done quickly and efficiently. TY! OLDER Review: We have used Rons for 8+ years. They do our yearly Septic system check - required by Lake County. They have also maintained it when necessary. Office staff is friendly and service men have been great! It also nice to know they hire former military, like Justin. Every year he is friendly and answers all my what “if” questions!

We had some problems that created an urgent situation and they came out very quickly. Brad, the technician, was on time and thoroughly performed the requested service for a reasonable price. He answered all questions from an experienced knowledge-base. We will continue to use their services in the future.

We contracted Tidy Tank for an inspection on a house we are under contract on. Their ability to camera scope the whole system, and thoroughness in digging up the tank access points and drain field was unmatched. The team on site (led by Justin) were superb. Very knowledgeable, very thorough, and speedy! They provided an in depth analysis of the system with suggested maintenance and repair in a quote same-day. We are looking forward to completing the purchase of the new home and using Tidy Tank for all our repair and maintenance needs! Highly recommend!
