Everyone at ROC Physical Therapy has been great. I go to the Gilbert location in the Spectrum Plaza and it’s evident that they care about their patients in everything they do. Physical therapy is never easy but they provide great instruction and guide you through the steps. If you go at the same days/time each week, you get to know the other patients too and it’s fun (as fun as PT can be anyway).

This is my second time as a patient at the office formerly known as Bustillo Physical Therapy. Even though they have been bought by ROC Karen is still there. I still get personal attention from my therapist. It doesn’t feel like a corporate office. Very pleased with the care I get there.

My son goes here and has an absolute amazing time. The clinical assistants are amazing. Rachael and Chad are definitely a great for the support team, that’s needed to keep my son motivated and his journey through physical therapy. Couldn’t pick a better team if I tried!

Karen is amazing. She really knows what’s going on in the parts of the body that she has her expertise in. It seems she has a very uncanny sense of what to do! She’s also fun and very creative.

I was very surprised about how well I felt shortly after starting Physical Therapy with Kevin, who is awesome. Kevin suggested Dry Needling and it's given me the most relief from my injuries and I will suggest more people try it. Thank you ROC!!

I am very satisfied with my progress at ROC. I am also very happy I switched PT establishments, I was formerly at Empower -what a joke! There are a bunch of college kids running the show, I quit there after 3 weeks and came to ROC, sure glad I did! The staff is wonderful, caring and they know what they are doing! I am actually seeing so much improvement in 3 weeks! Don’t make the same mistake I did at first, ROC is the place to be!

They got me in right away to start treatment, did an extensive pretreatment questionnaire, then an evaluation, then began therapy. It has only been a week since I started but I can see improvement already!
