The crew at ROC in Gilbert is Awesome! Cody and Luis are the main two therapists I have worked with and they were great at answering all my questions and concerns. Everyone there was very friendly, and kind. And kindness is so important when you are in pain! I highly recommend.

I have arthritis in my lower spine/hip joints that flared up during December-February. I had to go to physical therapy to get everything back into working order after receiving treatment for aforementioned spine/hip joint pain/arthritis. I have gone for the past couple of weeks and I am starting to see improvement. I wanted to mention this, one morning when I showed up; I told one of the employees that I was already experiencing pain in my back/hips. She immediately got a massage gun and used it on my back/hip area. The pain went away, I did all of my exercises and it's been a steady uphill movement with my therapy ever since. Little by little, my life is becoming normal again. I am more energetic and I am back to taking long walks with my dog and getting my chores done on a regular basis. Hallelujah! All of the employees/doctors are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend ROC.

I love these guys. I came in with some knee pain. Ryan and his team were able to put me on a dynamic routine and here I am 4 weeks later with significantly less pain. The facility is clean and the people who work there put in the work. I really appreciate the time they all take to treat me right and help me on my recovery journey. Definitely check them out!

I have gotten into a car accident with my husband. My neck, shoulders & back were hurting badly.. hard for me to get out of bed without having sharp pain shooting.. plus light headed all the time. Had serious whiplash. Saw Kaitlyn 1st visit & she listened to all the pain & problems I was having & even trying to take care of 5 kids with all this pain. She helped me work with a lot home exercises to help too. I even had Kody help too. The team at ROC are awesome too & treats you like family. They always listen about your concerns & pains & help you find away to heal in the process.. I will always come here if I needed too! My pain has started lifting & I’m able to stand & do things without feeling weak or having my back spasms or back freeze up when I pick up things off the floor!

Let's be honest, when you think of going to PT you don't think, "This is going to be a fun time." However, this crew does make it enjoyable, and at the same time you are getting the healing and treatment you need. A great group of Physical Therapists with wonderful senses of humor and expertise in the field. The issue I sought treatment for felt better after only a few sessions and once I was done, they provided me with detailed exercises to help me continue to build my strength at home. If I need PT again, I'll be coming back to ROC Physical Therapy.

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT ROC PHYSICAL THERAPY. I HAD MY HIP REPLACED AND WENT TO A REHAB FACILITY FOR A WEEK. THEY WERE GOOD BUT THEY DIDN'T PUSH YOU VERY MUCH. THE PT OFFERED BY MEDICARE LEFT LOTS TO BE DESIRED. MY SON-IN-LAW WAS WORKING WITH ROC PHYSICAL THERAPY AND SAID COME JOIN ME YOU WILL LIKE THEM. I AM WORKING WITH MICHE NAKATA PT DPT. SHE DID A GOOD ASSESSMENT OF MY ABILITIES AND DESIGNED A PROGRAM TO MEET MY INDIVIDUAL NEEDS. MICHE IS WITH YOU ONE ON ONE THE WHOLE TIME YOU ARE THERE. SHE IS ASSESSING YOUR FOOT POSITION YOUR POSTURE YOUR BODY ALIGNMENT AND MAKING CORRECTIONS SO YOU DO THE EXERCISES RIGHT. I'M 80 YEARS OLD AND I DON'T WANT TO EXERCISE, BUT I DO, AND I HAVE FUN GOING TO ROC BECAUSE WE LAUGH AND JOKE AND THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND OUTGOING AND WE YAK AND GRUNT AND GROAN AND THE HOUR FLYS BY AND THE WEEK FLYS BY AND YOU CAN SEE YOUR PROGRESS.
