HomeAdvisorI had water and mold damage from a leak in my refrigerator. Rick n Ball helped ease my mind of the entire mitigation process. They did an excellent job tearing out the damage and getting rid of the mold the water had caused. They were respectful and knowledgeable through the process. I would highly recommend them to others.

The people are outstanding from the receptionist who answers the phone to the project manager who oversees the project. Our home was damaged by a busted pipe. After the mitigation was complete and it was time to find a contractor for the renovation I could not find anyone to even come out and give an estimate. Rick N Ball was referred to my wife by a co-worker and so I called them and they came out the same day to survey the damage and start working on an estimate. They returned the estimate quickly and even followed up several times throughout the process of hassling with the insurance company but once the insurance claim was approved they quickly got to work on getting our home restored. I would have used them for the mitigation of the water damage as well had I known about them when it initially happened. I highly recommend Rick N Ball for any mitigation needs, restoration or if you just want to have your home remodeled for a new look they can absolutely come through for you in a first class way. Repaired drywall and ceilings, painted interior of house. Very nice people to work with. Polite, hard working, cleaned up after each days work. Have recommended this company to several friends.

Kevin and Blake are absolutely awesome and they have a great team that can perform quickly and provide quality work. Our house had been ripped apart for over six months due to water damage and as soon as we gave the green light on repairs, they were done faster than we were expecting. I can't wait to call them up to redo my master bathroom. Excellent work and they stand behind it.
FacebookWe hired Rick-N-Ball once again to complete our crawlspace encapsulation after the dry out last year and we can't be happier. The crew was very professional and prompt. They started by dry ice blasting all of the mold from the joists in the crawlspace to prevent further issues. The finished product looks great. I've even got an app on my phone that keeps me up to speed on the moisture content in the crawlspace. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Andrew and the crew for a job well done.
