Update April 2024: Rob came out to do the annual HVAC maintenance and was every bit as professional as Dave. Even gave me a helpful remediation tip in the event my 20 year old unit were to unexpectedly shutdown on the hottest days. Thanks RES and Rob! Update May 2023: Dave came to do the annual outdoor AC unit maintenance and was very polite, friendly and professional. Even wore shoe protectors indoors to keep my dirty carpets from, well, you get it ;o) He made sure to thoroughly clean the unit of all the gunk in and out (that I never bothered to clean myself, which is probably not a smart thing on my part). Thanks RES and Dave! Earlier 2022 Comments: Hired these fine folks after reading some Reddit comments. Glad to share that they met my high expectations! At my request, Maged performed a gas furnace checkup and tune-up. He is truly friendly, easy-going, professional, and most importantly, I found him to be an astute communicator, clearly answering all my questions. I was impressed so I made sure to commit to an annual maintenance plan! Highly recommended!

This was a great experience from start to finish, beginning with the quote process through installation and walkthrough. 1) competitive pricing (military/Veteran discount was a plus) 2) quick and thorough communication 3) able to quote without on-site visit (probably depends on service) 4) great service technicians We needed our water heater replaced and requested quotes from three companies in the area (RES was most competitive). I contacted Residential Express Services, and Mary answered (without having to wait on hold). She was helpful and knowledgeable, and asked for pictures of the existing system to see if they could provide a quote without an on-site visit. Within 30 minutes of sending the pictures, Tra, the service manager, provided a comprehensive quote without having to do an on-site. I had a few questions about the replacement model and whether they had a veteran or military discount, and Tra responded immediately. On the day of the install, the technicians—Santo and Will—communicated their arrival time in advance and actually arrived on time. They inspected the space, asked a few questions and communicated the entire process, including how long it would take. They finished well within their estimated time and walked me through the new system and left the space cleaner than when they got there. Overall, it was a great experience and would highly recommend them for water heater replacement.
