Brice and TJ did a thorough cleaning of the HVAc system. They used machines that cleaned the entire HVAC system not just the vents like Groupon companies. Extremely professional and knowledgeable of the entire environmental system and were extremely friendly. I recommend the RES company and Bruce and TJ specifically for addressing your HVAC cleaning specialist needs.

My experience with RES is consistent with great service and great personnel. I had an air conditioning check up today and it went very well. The service tech name Maged was outstanding. He explains what he is checking and answered all of my questions. Also when I was setting up the appointment, the lady was friendly and helpful. RES gets all of the Golden Stars 👍🏽 for great service.

Believe every one of these top notch reviews! Used Res for years and don’t think twice about their skill, professionalism, pricing etc. I am leaving area next year and wish I could take them with me! I doubt I’ll ever find a company I trust as much. Maged, in particular, is beyond great but every tech ever sent was excellent. A rare breed company indeed.

I found RES when I moved into my home in 2017. I’ve been a loyal customer since then. Their service is top notch! They’re professional meaning they come when scheduled and the technicians are highly skilled. They’re also friendly and respectful of your home. I’ve been able to easily schedule maintenance appointments as well as have them address several emergency requests in a timely manner over the years. In a day and age when it seems like customer service is severely lacking, RES does it right, consistently. Originally I asked for the same technician to come to my home. Now I’m so confident in their service that it doesn’t even matter. All of the technicians that have come out have proven to be proficient. Lastly, I appreciate that they’re upfront and honest. I don’t feel like they’re trying to upsell every visit like other services that I’ve used. All that to say, I love the service that they’ve provided to my home over the last 7 years. As a business owner myself, it means a lot to find another business that truly values quality service and a great customer experience.

I was referred to Maged at RES by a personal contact. I could not be more pleased with RES and their customer service ! David, Yuri, and Ryan completed the install of a HVAC unit and water heater today and the work was top notch! All three gentlemen were friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. I had a different unit replaced 3 years ago and sure wish I had know about RES at that time. This install almost did not happen today due to issues with the wholesaler but Mary and Tra at RES worked to find a unit of my configuration to keep the appointment today and everything on schedule. I’ve been without AC for a month during the record heat wave in the DC area and RES will be my go-to business for HVAC issues. I am recommending RES to all of my contacts. The communication and customer service from the entire RES team is the best I’ve had in the area this far! Thank you so much RES and your employees!!

After losing total trust with my prior HVAC company (FH Furr - stay away!), Maged and the Residential Express Services team have built a customer relationship founded on trust. Their expertise is obvious when interacting with them and they go above and beyond to make the experience smooth and to help trouble shoot. When my A/C died on one of the first really hot days of the summer I reached out to RES for help. With an easy email service request and a text follow up, I had an appointment scheduled THE NEXT DAY! When they give you a window of time that they will show up (10-2 in my case) they show up at the beginning, and the call+text to let you know they are on the way. The Tech was extremely helpful and resolved my problem in under an hour. Love these guys
