Rapid Restore was very quick to helping me with a roof leak. They also helped me with gutter repair. I would recommend this company. The workers were professional and courteous. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure they do a full assessment on roof. Once gutter were put up I found out that there was damage to roof that should have been seen and quoted for repair. I have two downspout and the gutter people replace one and used original for the other side.

THE VERY BEST!!! Word can not express how happy we are with Rapid Restore Roofing. We called so many roofing companies and some were so overpriced and impersonal. It was very different with Rapid Restore Roofing. When I called the first time to get a quote the young lady who answered the phone immediately caught my attention by how kind she was. After speaking to her I knew we were choosing a great company. She even followed up a few days later to see how the process had gone and if we were happy with the service. Joe came to the house and not only gave us a quote but explained the entire process, showed us videos and gave us a great price on the roof! When they came to repair the roof Heni kept us in the loop by uploading pictures and calling us throughout the day to update us on the status. He even did a walk through with us after the roof was completed. A gorgeous new roof in only one day!!!! We went to work and when we came back we had a gorgeous new roof, new gutters, a secure chimney, and they even repaired and extended the gutter drains to prevent damage to the house. This review is so long but words cannot express how happy we are to have called them. From start to finish extremely professional and the most wonderful people I have ever worked with!! So blessed we called them. 100% would recommend them!

Jake and Mike were very helpful with everything we needed it to get our roof done since the beginning of our project. Their crew came on time and did everything stated in the contract. We could see every step being done in our roof with their live timeline website provided by them and they cleaned everything after they finished. Me and wife are very impressive with their professionalism and are very happy with our brand new roof and experience. Thank you very much.

My roof was over 35 years old and in absolute terrible disrepair. Joe came over for our estimate, and he was so kind, not judgemental at all, and spoke to us with the utmost respect and sincerity. They were our only estimate, as the price was within the range we expected, and their financing package was very manageable.
On installation day, Henry and his crew were early, and started work immediately. No wasting time at all. When they ran into a problem with our chimney and fascia boards, Henry came and explained the damage, and we received a call from Mike explaining our options. Mike laid out all the options, and helped us come to the best one both cosmetically and financially.
All the guys on the crew were so kind to my mother and I. When I had to leave to get to work, one of the guys helped me out of the house to make sure I didn't get hurt by any of the debris. They went the extra mile for sure.
Before the project, Liz swung by and dropped off a cute box filled with coffee mugs and other treats as a thank you for using them. It was a very nice touch, and the coffee in the box was delicious.
Overall, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Rapid Restore and their team. They took a very stressful situation for our family and made it so easy.

After having seen the work performed a week prior on my neighbors full rip replacement job, I asked him if he was satisfied the job performed by the men of Rapid Restore Roofing and Restoration, of which he was. So, I called Joe Elshazly for a site visit and price quote. Joe’s thorough knowledge of the roofing business and his Owens Corning product was impressive and transparent. No bull or nonsense, just an honest conversation, no pressure job estimate for a full roof rip replacement on my Center Hall Colonial home. From the initial acceptance of the estimate to the last man leaving the job, the whole process was organized and stress-free. It could not have been any easier. I met early the morning of the project with Henry, the assigned Project Manager who went over the whole day’s activities and what I would expect from him, his employees, and the company. His crew responded to his leadership and direction as he had total control of the project. These men were polite, professional, extremely efficient, and very skilled at their craft. All were respectful of my property and diligent in their assigned tasks. Towards the end of the project, the last hour or so was spent strictly on a total cleanup of the jobsite. My property was left in better condition than when they arrived earlier that morning. Rapid Restore Roofing and Restoration promised what was presented to me and delivered. A true family-owned business who care for their customers and their employees. I am completely satisfied with the work performed on my full roof rip replacement. Thank you, Joe, Mike, Liz, Henry and crew and the entire Rapid Restore Roofing and Restoration Team. I would do it all over again. Saludos y Bendiciones.

We had a major leak in our roof during a period when rain was relentless. Mike came and worked to stop the water coming in until a proper repair could be done. This gave us time to dry out our offices and start major repairs. Mike came back on a clear day and his team of experts finished a complex job and secured our roof from further leaks. We strongly recommend them if you ever need professional repairs done.

Rapid Restore quickly determined that I had a roof leak around my Chimney's flashing. They did not try to up-sell me and gave me what I thought was a fair price to repair. They arrived within a few days, completed the job on time, and cleaned up the debris, I found the team to be polite and very professional. I would definitely recommend Rapid Restore for all roofing issues.
