From the moment I met Mike and spoke to Cassie I knew I was in the right hands. They were so caring and listen to all my concerns and made sure they were addressed. They made the process of repairing my roof a easy and speedy experience. They came on the day they were supposed to and they all worked together like a experienced team. Every question was explained and they did just what they said they would. My roof came out Great no more leaks plus it looks beautiful.

I was in need of a roof replacement and I was referred to Rapid Restore Roofing by my home closing attorney. I am so glad I listened to him! The team showed up at 7am and was completely finished with the project by 4pm the same day. When they left, there was no trace of any debris which was awesome. We highly recommend this company if you are in need of anything when it comes to roofing. It was all a very seamless process. Thank you again RRR!

I am going to get right to the point and NOT ramble on. If you're looking for a roofing contractor, do yourself a favor and call/get Rapid Restore. Don’t waste your time like I did with contractors that don’t show and cut corners. You may pay a little more, but in the long run you’ll be glad that you got them. From my initial estimate visit with Jake, thru the job completion with Mike, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the excellent work these guys did. I am very meticulous when it comes to do anything, and I didn’t have anything to complain about.
I totally recommend 100% Rapid Restore.

Absolutely loved working with Mike at Rapid Restore Roofing! He arrived the same day I called for an estimate and gave us an unbeatable quote. Work was done all in one day and I've gotten several compliments from neighbors of how quick and easy it was done without causing disturbance to anyone. We got a brand new flat roof over the garage and repairs on other sections of our larger roof. It's a difference of day and night and we haven't had any water leaks. Highly recommend them!!!

The whole crew was great! Very thorough in their work and kept us updated throughout with damages we didn’t even know about and fixed them on the spot! The roof looks amazing and the cleanup was immaculate! 10/10 refer to anyone who needs work done on their roof!

From the moment Joe arrived for his initial estimate I knew that I would be in good hands. The man is passionate about Roofing! when he explained the tradition and history of his company, his eyes lit up so I could see that he wasn’t just some sales guy trying to sell me something and make a quick buck… he truly cared… he took the time to explain the process and what would happen on the day of the project… when he showed me the video of one of the recent jobs that they had done in my head I was sold the way they covered the house and the property the attention to detail the timeline that you’re able to see if you’re not home when the job is being done you can’t put a price on that… Joe was also patient while I was going through a difficult process with the death of a family member and I told him I needed some time to make a decision as I had other companies coming in to give quotes just so I can do my due diligence… all I did was confirm my decision in going with Joe and his company rapid restore I knew I made a good choice I couldn’t be happier with the job that they did and I couldn’t be happier with the foreman Henry who was awesome that day and kept me in touch with what was going on with the install… when the project was over he took the time to explain to my wife what work was done and he showed her areas that they cleaned up and to be honest the house looked cleaner than before they started the job! I would highly recommend to anyone.. friends, family, relatives…use rapid restore for any roofing project you might have in mind… thank you Joe for taking care of my house and giving me peace of mind…m

Before choosing Rapid Restore Roofing, I contacted two other roofing companies for estimates on reroofing my mother’s shed. From my first contact with MICHAEL DIETRICH, I knew this was the company I would choose. Not only did Mike’s estimate come in lower than the other two, but what impressed me the most was his kind and helpful manner in dealing with customers. This was really only a small job for him, but he treated my mom’s shed repair with the same care and importance as if it was a roof on a larger home where his profit would be greater. Mike was also attentive to an extra small repair request involving the door of the shed and he said he would fix that too! In fact, he actually wrote on his estimate of work to be done, “Make customer very happy”. I have found in life that when an individual pays attention to the “little things”, that’s the same person that can be trusted to fulfill the bigger things. Michael & his crew arrived early the scheduled day of the job and did a beautiful job. On his way out, he even took the time to jump my car. I am very satisfied with the job and will recommend Rapid Restore Roofing to friends and family.

Henry and the crew came around 7am sharp to do my roof. Unfortunately, my complex wouldn't let them through to 8am...that didn't stop them from doing an excellent job in a timely fashion...they were very neat and efficient. I even had them install gutter guards while they were at my house. Even though I was present throughout the installation, I was sent over 300 pictures in real time of the whole job.

Everyone I had contact with was helpful, easy to communicate with and did what they said they'd do.
