GoogleRainforest helped us with a somewhat complicated home move (two households moving into one new unit) and were very easy to work with, worked diligently and efficiently on the day to get everything moved in (and even disassembled and reassembled some tricky furniture), and were very reasonably priced.
GoogleFrom the 1st call and quote visit James the owner was helpful and responsive. We had some difficult pieces to move but James assured his team would manage. When we had a hiccup on dates and had to store instead of only move, he quickly made arrangements to help us, adding an extra truck! Ryan and his moving team arrived on time and went to work carefully and enthusiastically! That was both for the move out, but especially the move back in! Ryan mentored and helped the crew and the results were exceptional. We downsized and the new lower floor staircase presented some unique challenges. Ryan and team rose to the challenge and delivered the furniture downstairs carefully and with no marks or scratches! Same main floor with some difficult to handle pieces with glass panels! Any special requests were also swiftly dealt with! Exceptional teamwork from all concerned and cannot commend James, Ryan and team too highly for the move! After 2 bad moves in the past and some anxiety beforehand, it was truly a pleasure to see the care, effort and Teamwork Rainforrest showed for our move. Many thanks for a great experience!!

Our move day was the first hot day of the summer and these guys just kept going and going. It was difficult to get them to stop and take a breather. You can’t go wrong here!!!

I liked how he was clear in what we needed to do to get ready for the move, he even gave us a booklet with moving tips. On the move day they showed up a few minutes early, we had 2 trucks. The truck and guys showed up on time and moved everything carefully and in two hours. They kept my belongings safely on the truck overnight and showed up on time the next morning and moved me in to my new home within two hours. They were clean, respectful, and made the move enjoyable. There were no surprises and no hidden costs. I highly recommend them and would certainly use them in future.

We commend them for remaining upbeat all through the 5 hours because that was a lot of hard work given we didn't have an elevator, it was a bit of a walk, plus the 2 flight of stairs to lug the books, bed, and exercise machine. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent! Extend our thanks to the crew😀
