This store has excellent quality equipment at very reasonable prices. More than that, I worked with Kevin. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him!!! He was all about working with my needs and giving me an excellent price on my exercise bench. He was kind, patient and truly genuine about what would work for me. I bought a treadmill, an exercycle and an elliptical machine from this store in the past, and have been very happy with all of my purchases! And now I just came home with a bench and cannot wait to use it! I highly recommend the Top Fitness Store, and especially working with Kevin.

Went in to look for a exercise bike and Manny was wonderful and very attentive. He wasn't pushy and was very patient and answered all of my questions. I didn't purchase right away because I wanted to research and see what other places had and the cost. I than decided to purchase the precor bike and was helped by Mark who was also wonderful. He was also very kind and patient in answering all of my questions too. I didn't have the greatest experience with the third party delivery company due to them not offering any window appointments that would work for us. I contacted Manny and they took care of us right away and had another colleague Brian deliver our bike at the time that worked for us on the same day. Brian was friendly and gave us great information about the bike. We really appreciate Brian for going out of his way after work to another shop to pick up our bike and sat in traffic to deliver it to us. I'm amazed with the wonderful experience we had with all 3 experts that helped us.

Top Fitness is the only place to look to do your high end home gym transactions. The store has excellent inventory, all the newest and best products, an amazingly informed and helpful but not pushy sales team and they execute on delivery terms and timeframe as promised. Additionally, the crew for set up and breakdown during delivery have good attitudes and strong work ethic and get the job done quickly. Kimonte is a great person to do business with! He worked well with my wife who has had knee surgery and he had the knowledge to help us select the right pice of exercise equipment that would have low impact on her knee. I had a wonderful experience with Top Fitness. Josh helped me right away when I walked in the store to find the best treadmill for my specific space and needs. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without pressuring me at all. The buying process was so smooth too because Josh readily responded to my emails (even on his day off!). The delivery team was so nice and efficient, they were in and out in about 30 minutes. My True treadmill has an awesome warranty too which makes me feel really good about this investment. I’m so happy with my treadmill! Highly recommend this store, great customer service.

Went to look at the Zero treadmills. Dalton was so helpful and friendly. I specifically was looking for the Z5 model because it was the smallest and that’s all I could fit in my workout room. Dalton was able to locate one at another location. We took the floor model so got a really great price. The delivery guys came today. It was a tight fit to get up my stairs but they did it perfectly. So happy its all done. Highly recommend this store.
