Mark was very welcoming and helpful to me during my purchase of a Waterrower. He demonstrated it very thoroughly and then coached me through my first rowing session. He also shared some great exercise tips for me (as a senior citizen) to incorporate into my life. I really enjoyed my visit to PRECOR Fitness and it was because of Mark.

Precor has a large selection of equipment and the store is clean and organized, so it's easy to find what you want. I didn't have to wait for a sales person, John helped me find what I was looking for within my price range and made the sale easy. The company they contract out for delivery had issues, but the manager and John we're able to resolve the issues.

Great store! Fantastic service! If you are looking for any gym equipment, do not purchase until you stop in here and ask for Brian Smith! Hands down, I will not purchase any “gym” related equipment or weights from anywhere else or anyone else other than Brian!

This is a top notch establishment. My go to place for fitness equipment. The guys are professional and very knowledgeable about the equipment. You won't be disappointed, so check them out.

Precor Home Fitness provides safety and effective gym equipment that help me to achieve my goal. I tried lots of elliptical in various fitness centers in the past 13 years, the one I love most is the brand Precor that placed on our company's gym room.

Highly recommend visiting this store for your fitness equipment needs. We had that opportunity to work with Shannon to purchase a set of powerblock dumbells and he was very knowledgeable about the product. He immediately made us feel welcome in the store, almost as if we were old high school friends walking in. He was able to answer all of our questions and really listened to our concerns.

Google

Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection of products and great service!

Google

Joshua was super helpful. I knew I wanted a hydro rower but didn't know which one. Joshua showed me the differences between a few, set them up so I could try them out, and got me in and out of there really quick. They are delivering the piece and setting it up for me next week!

Wanted to convert my garage into a home gym and stopped at Precor Home Fitness in Roseville to see what they had in stock. Dylon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products they had which made it really easy for me to start my home gym. They had everything I needed from dumbbells, floor mats, weights, machines, etc. I highly recommend Precor Home Fitness and Dylon was very professional with great customer service. I will continue to purchase my equipment from them. The entire staff is great but Dylon has been my go to guy from day one!

We had the best experience buying equipment from Kyle. He addressed all our questions as to purchasing a rowing machine, a universal weight machine and various other pieces to create a fantastic home gym. Couldn’t be happier and more motivated.

Exceptional experience!.... The consultant Ken, was knowledgeable and patient while we tried many different pieces of equipment. Laura, who scheduled our delivery, was extremely accomadating and constantly communicated with us so we knew when the installation and set up crew would arrive. The two gentleman who set up our equipment, although I forgot their names, were polite, clean, very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. It is rare these days to get the level of expertise, and service we received, which is why I rated our experience exceptional. Without reservation, I would highly recommend Top Fitness. Thanks again to all that worked with us... Gary

Joshua went above and beyond in helping me get exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to come up with multiple quotes for a combination of different things that I wanted.

Joshua was very helpful and knowledgeable. He has a great personality and worked with me to help build a nice home gym. I will buy more equipment from him in the near future.

We wanted to invest in a home gym for our family and met with Joshua, a patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable professional. He answered question after question, several phone calls, and several trips back to the store, all with the purpose to deliver the very best experience. We were never pressured at any time or sold unnecessary product in the pursuit of sales. An all around excellent experience. If you want to invest in your health and fitness and don't know where to start, you need to go to Precor.

Google

Every time we are in the Roseville Precor location, we are always greeted and helped immediately. The staff is knowledgeable of their products and on our last visit, Joshua K provided us with exceptional service.

Alex and Mark (Cupertino store) were just fantastic. My old True treadmill was getting really tired and it was time to replace it. A new treadmill is quite an investment and I had a lot of questions. They were knowledgeable, patient and very very helpful as I tried all kinds to find the right one. Please don’t go to a big box store where you won’t get expert guidance. And please don’t buy one on the internet without trying it first. There are really big differences. If you are in the market for quality fitness equipment do yourself and your body a huge favor and go check out the Precor store in Cupertino. You will be glad you did. 😉

Google

We just got our 425 Precor treadmill and absolutely love it. The staff was very friendly and there was a great selection. Delivery and installation went smooth. Jordan, our sales rep, was really knowledgable and not pushy. He went above and beyond to fix an order error with the floor mat and came out himself to deliver it. Highly recommend!

Google

Jordan was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Very low pressure. We appreciated his expertise.

Google

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I first was introduced to Ixchelle via FaceBook messenger. She responded quickly and offered many options for a Rower. I went to the store and the entire staff were very kind, knowledgeable and open with suggestions, for my needs. Ixchelle wasn’t pushy. Very patient with all my questions. I purchased a rower, with expected delivery in 2 weeks. She called 3 days after the sale saying they could bump my delivery sooner if I wanted. Great follow up customer service. I will definitely make the drive up to purchase more equipment from her when I am in need.

Google

Clint went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted. Highly recommend them.

Facebook

Utah home fitness is amazing! The guys in there are extremely professional and helpful! We worked with Clint and he helped us get everything we needed to make our home gym the best it could be on our budget! With all the COVID stuff and 2 small children we decided to put the money we would spend on a gym membership into our home gym and it was the best decision! Clint got us a cable machine and a weight set up for a great price and with the money we saved we were able to get some rubber flooring that they also carry in store!

Facebook

I liked the way Jordan Wilson explained the functionality of the recumbent bike. It will be delivered this month and I hope we will have none of the quality problems I’m seeing elsewhere on this page.
