My wife and I had been researching spinning bikes online but wanted to get a feel for it before we bought it. Compared to a few other stores we visited, Top Fitness in Southlake, TX was in a class all it’s own….very clean, bright, and great layout. Although I personally wouldn’t have minded…we weren’t hounded by the sales reps when we first came in. When Brian, the manager, did approach us…it was very easy to discern that he was a genuine person who was excited to help us. We expressed our interests, shared our goals, swapped knee stories, and left feeling like I had made a new instant friend! His coworkers were equally as kind as we made our purchase and as promised, he worked behind the scenes the next day to move up our delivery date. We didn’t expect that call from Brian AT all ….but gratefully accepted! Top Fitness would do well to model their customer service practices by the example set by Brian and his staff here at the Southlake, TX location!

I purchased a package of dumbbells, dumbbell rack and a bench. All items are great quality. My salesman Micheal was very helpful. We started out communicating through FB Messenger, and I was a little apprehensive at first. Micheal had me face time him so I could verify that it was legit and he helped me complete my transaction at that time. When I showed up to pick up my equipment the guys in the store helped me load everything up into my truck. It took us no time at all. Awesome store with a Top Notch Staff who treats you like family the minute you walk through the door. I did purchase one of the Inspire SCS systems and I am 100% satisfied with it. I did have a small issue with the machine at first but the staff (Jennifer) was all over helping me resolve the issue. She was phenomenal throughout the entire process…. Wanted to assist my wife with a safe method of training in order to return to Marathon form. Found Daniel's add on CL about availability of a Assault Air Runner Curved Treadmill at 6PM on 7/12/Monday. Called Daniel to check availability, he agreed to stay after 7PM closing in order to assist us. Daniel greeted us at 7:15PM. We found Daniel to be professional, knowledgeable and personable. Daniel proceeded to demonstrate proper use and provided the benefits of this unique curved non-motorized design. Wife was instantly impressed by the seamlessly smooth runner interaction. As an avid runner (in my more youthful days) found running on a conventional flat motorized treadmill both jarring and boring. The Assault Air Runner will provide me with a safe ergonomic return to the sport. Completed the purchase with Daniel providing home delivery for scheduled for Thursday. We were on our way by 8PM. Professional delivery and installation was completed on Thursday morning! Three fit individuals carried our Assault Air Runner up one flight of stairs to our newly renovated gym on the 2nd. floor. We love it! While the Assault Air Runner is on the more expensive end of treadmills, Daniel provided the Added Value Experience. He is now our, "Go to" for exercise equipment.

Wow, this place was pretty awesome. Walked in about a week ago with my girlfriend, and was greeted by Brian. Super awesome guy, he listened to what we were trying to accomplish with our home gym, and then asked questions and suggested certain machines and equipment that we’d use based on what we had in mind. Top of the line equipment and good, fair prices. We spent a couple grand on a bunch of cool stuff. Delivery was scheduled for a few days after we placed our order, and the delivery techs brought in all the equipment, assembled it, staged it where we wanted it in our home fitness studio, and then gave us a run-down on how everything worked and made sure everything was functioning smoothly. There was also a workout bench I bought on the day we ordered everything, that wouldn’t fit in our sports car. Brian went above and beyond and literally personally assembled and dropped off the bench to my house (I live around the corner from the store). Like, wow! How awesome is that? Hahaha Everyone that we came in contact with from Top Fitness was super friendly, helpful, and cool. The entire experience was so great that my girlfriend and I will be going to Top Fitness before any other place, for all our fitness equipment needs in the future. It’s not every day that you meet awesome people who deliver an exceptional, friendly customer service experience to you, along with a great selection of products at good prices. Those are what puts Top Fitness at the top of my list of great companies. Super impressed with them. Cant wait to go back. This place was a life saver during the pandemic. When I wasn’t able to find weights anywhere at a reasonable price, I was able to order dumbbells and kettlebell and barbell within a week or two and paid the fair market price for them. I’ve been back many times since to pick up more pieces for my home gym. Great service and best of all, they are local. I’m able to see and try out the equipment before purchasing. I had to return a large item once and it was easy. That’s the advantage of buying local.
