Conner is great! Took his time- very knowledgeable explained everything. My mom was at three different ear doctors and she would not let them touch her ears. He cleaned them out got the wax out. He was funny and made her very comfortable. I highly recommend.. we can’t thank you enough!

The staff at the Robbinsville office were knowledgeable and professional. My exam was thorough and Im currently feeling much better, with a referral for further possible needed treatment. My problem is with Penn Med sending an email stating forms need to be completed before my appointment. I completed them but the Robbinsville office cannot access them. I had to completed them again...such a waste of time!

I was happy that I was able to see the doctor even before my actual appointment time. On the other hand, I was a bit uncomfortable with the nurse? who took my vital. She seemed to be a bit frustrated with something with her co-worker before I entered a room. Then when she took my blood pressure, her manner seemed to be a bit irritated. I dont know what happened to her but as a patient, I did not feel comfortable to be with her.

I truly appreciate and trust them. They are explaining to me steps I need to take and they seem positive that if theres an issue... theyre going to find it. Very assuring. Office staff are kind and helpful. This will be my office of choice.

Took my 17 year old daughter to Dr. Killian, PA and it was our first visit. Very thorough and great bedside manner. She explained everything that was wrong with her to her which is great because too many times they only speak to the parent. My daughter asked questions and she took her time with us. Highly recommend the PA. I will def be using her for any visits we have. #mono

Wanted to change ENT doctor and since all my other doctors were with Penn, I chose Dr Sterling. My 1st visit was very informative and much different than my last ENT visit with my old doctor. I feel I am on the right track and with in a few weeks should be better. Thanks Dr Sterling.
