For my families first time here we had an amazing experience. Starting from check in to the end of our appointment it went very well. Office was clean and organized. Everyone was nice and professional. Deidre was so patient and wonderful with my 5 year old.

Overall happy, though i had to fill in paper work again as the registration process had a wrong link which goes to a different Penn system than the one they use for the location I went to.

Everyone I came in contact were pleasant and caring. Vivian, who gave me my hearing test, was very nice and caring and explained everything in detail. Dr McCullough was very thorough in her examination. I last saw her 2 yrs ago. Dr. McCullough listened to my concerns and did not rush the appointment. She is also very caring. The Becker ENT at Robbinsville made our first visit a positive one. Brianna was exceptional in getting us an appointment with the doctor that had been erroneously been cancelled . She turned what would have been a disappointing day into a memorable one. Dr Grossman accommodated us and made sure we had the most comfortable and joyful experience. She put our minds at ease with her cheerful persona and went over the course of treatment in great detail. Five stars from us for this practise.
