I went to see Dr. Sterling when I had a hearing loss issue on one of the ears. Dr. Sterling did a thorough exam and took the excessive earwax out. I could immediately hear better after the procedure. I scheduled a hearing test in September and will determine the options after we see the results. Dr. Sterling and his staff are very professional and helpful.

From the front desk staff, to the tech who took me back to the exam room, and finally seeing Dr. Deidre, my first visit went great. Everyone was professional, kind, and the doctor answered my questions thoroughly. I learned a few new things that my former ENT should've told me about, so I'm glad Dr. Deidre is knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend the practice.

Dr. McCullough changed my life!!!! literally. She will know exactly what this means when she hopefully sees this. I thought I was becoming deaf. It turns out my ears were just clogged. I’m so excited to tell my husband. He has always made fun of me for not being able to hear. Mystery solved.
