Professional, friendly, helpful, clean environment, all staff very good at explaining things. NP is awesome! She really knows her stuff. Hearing specialist is great. I highly recommend this practice. NP Deidre explains everything, gentle when checking the ears, kind professional and funny too. Kyle the hearing specialist explained everything the hearing test was about what to expect and why. Dr. Navarro and his surgery assistant Ronnie are THE BEST!!! I have had multiple visits with him, and he is ALWAYS professional, and on time! He really takes the time to listen and provide treatment correctly. Ronnie is efficient and polite and funny, and just so easy to work with!! She got my surgery scheduled ASAP!! Cant recommend these people enough!!

This was the 1st time seeing an ENT. Thankfully my hearing problem was caused by a bad hearing aide, not a bad ear. Whew! I was expecting chunks of wax that needed removal, but my ears were clean. Thanks Dr.! Overall, it was the best dr app I ever had.
