This is my first visit. I was able to communicate with the Dr. I hope to have good results with the nasal sprays prescribed. My only complaint is that I preregistered with all the pertinent info and it was not available when I visited. I did not have all the information at my disposal and was asked to redo all the paperwork.

Very impressed! I am dealing with very specific vocal cord issues related to essential tremors. I am 67 years old, have dealt with it a LONG time and have finally decided that I have to try something. I searched far and wide and somehow found this practice. I felt at ease immediately!! I have been going to Becker ent since August for ETD and hearing loss. I started with Randi She is very knowledgeable and helped diagnose my issues. She took time to make sure I understood everything. She listened and made sure I was part of my treatment decisions. Randi referred me to Dr Navarro. He is very professional and caring. He makes sure that I get the right treatment. Dr Kyle was great in making sure I got the right hearing aids and that I was comfortable using them Prompt appointments. Takes time to explain details. Makes sure that I am comfortable with treatment going forward.
