I had an appointment with Dr. Gregory..I have tinnitus and needed to see an ENT doctor who could explain in detail what I was experiencing, and the how and why of it. My other doctor, diagnosed my problem and basically sent me on my way. Dr. Gregory was very thorough and with her guidance,I now have an appointment with Dr.McQuaide. I am extremely happy with this practice and especially with Dr. Gregory!!

Dr. Sterling performed my septioplasty & turbinate reduction a little over a week ago and before the surgery I was a nervous wreck. Dr. Sterling is so professional, confident, and hilarious. He didn’t sugar coat things for me - I understood the risks, was beyond scared, and he got us there. My surgery went incredibly. He was able to perform both procedures without breaking my nose, without packing it, no stints, no black eyes or bruising - just gauze taped under my nose when I woke up. I felt more air coming through the left side of my nose than I ever had before on the very same day as the surgery. I wish Dr. Sterling could perform any surgery on any part of the body that I’ll ever need in the future, bc I would only ever go to him. Thank you again Dr. Sterling - as I said before - You’re the man.

I had an amazing experience at Penn Medicine Becker ENT & Allergy. Every staff personel were friendly, knowledgable, supportive and efficient. I did not have to wait long to get help and I was able to leave my appointment within a hour. There was even a free voucher for parking as an extra incentive for patients. This team should be used as a care model to all medical professions within Philadelphia.
