From the moment that you walk into the office, the receptionist greeted you with a smile, even though they’ve never met you before they make you feel welcomed. There was not long wait time check in is fast. The portal saves so much time and id year friendly. The nurses and doctors are kind, calm knowledgeable. They don’t make you feel like you’re being rushed. They take time to answer ALL of your questions. I think I drove Surgeon crazy by how many messages I had sent through the portal but they got back to me within minutes if not just a few hours. The office is clean and provides a calming atmosphere. I would highly recommend Penn medicine, ENT Becker associates to anyone that I know!

Becker is the only place I will get anything done to my face. I trust them/ Sam with very delicate beauty processes. Sam is the absolute best injector, she saved me from a horrible lip filler experience years ago, and I’ve been with her ever since. She does amazing work!!!!!

Dr Luke Kim is the best! He cured an ear problem that had stumped other ENTs for a year. He is kind and cordial and takes the time to listen. He remembers me from visit to visit, even if it has been a year or so. And his office (if you call Becker ENT directly) can typically find an appointment within just a few days, vs waiting months for other ENT outfits. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Elias Akl is personable and a good communicator. He validated my daughter's concern and had a clear plan of care. The staff are efficient and the clinic is very clean. They offer a free 3 hour parking which is a plus given the location of the clinic in the city.
