I had a very productive visit with Paris, the audiologist. She was an excellent listener, for I had never seen her before. She completely monitored my hearing with the machine She also cleaned my hearing aids. Last but not least, she reconnected my hearing aid with the device, to my phone. I really like her, she is very pleasant, and caring, my husband died in 2024.Npw, please tell her that my right hearing aid, just played the Beethoven's fifth. That was my problem in the past. This was connected with batteries.

Visit went smoothly except for the fact that I took the time to pre-check-in. They had no record in the system, and I had to do the check-in paperwork all over again. However, my pre-payment of my co-pay went through. Plus, I've been waiting for a pre-cert# for a CT scan. Have not received it yet!

I am very pleased with the service I received at Becker ENT. The administrative staff was efficient and helpful. Dr. Sterling was thorough when discussing my current concerns. The audiologist, Paris Atabek, was amazing. She has a charming, energetic personality and completed an in depth hearing test. She then recommended a small change to my hearing aids: she recommended closed domes for the receiver. The new domes are the single, mist significant improvement in my hearing since I received hearing aids. I am extremely happy with the result.
