I was seen by Dr. Gregory right on time. She was very thorough and thoroughly reviewed my test results. Also, the Audiologist was knowledgeable about my hearing issues. Dr. Dr. Atabek was thorough as well.

I woke up with the right side of my head feeling clogged and I couldn't hear anything from my right hearing aid even though I could confirm that it was working. I thought it was probably wax but I couldn't clear it. I called the office and was able to get an appointment with Dr. Sterling the next day. He determined that both my ears had excessive wax and was able to remove it. It was done in a very short amount of time. I am very happy with the service & highly recommend Penn Medicine.

The test was explained well and conducted extremely efficiently. At the conclusion of the test I was seen by Dr Kam who interpreted it and explained in detail what was the conclusion as well as the significance of these findings. Dr Kam is a very thorough, friendly and kind physician. The front desk as well as all the clinical persons are super nice.
