Overall, the appointment went well. There was however, a long wait to see the doctor/physicians assistant. I realize that can't be helped and is part of the process sometimes. The physicians assistant care was remarkable. The doctor answered all of my questions in a standard and concise fashion.

I was promptly wait on in a timely manner. I had two appointments. I had an hearing assessment by the audiologist. She immediately let me know the results. Next, l was sent back to the waiting room to see Andrea Farewell, she followed up on the test results .She as follow up question about my ears and examined them again. I complained about my throat she immediately food a scope and identify the problem and made some recommendations. I was given information for therapy for my vertigo incidents. I feel l was treated satisfactory.and my concerns were address.

The experience was great. Only thing is I have to make another appointment at a different office due to them not having the testing/equipment in this office. Dr. Sterling listened and explained everything so I could understand it.

Dr Patel and his staff was very kind, showed empathy and seemed to understand my problems regarding my hearing. They checked my ears for cleaning and then gave me a hearing test. They reassured me that I did not need a hearing aid and shared the results of the test with me. Dr Patel also, is treating my husband for his hearing problems as well. He took the time to treat us both and never rushed us out of the examination room. Dr. Patel was very thorough during his assessment regarding my husband’s and I treatment. Dr Patel and his staff rendered excellent service and my husband and I both will continue to visit him to discuss our concerns for future appointments and share with others, when deemed necessary. Reception could have been more welcoming. The new patient questionnaire came with a cover sheet which already had the answer to many of the questions I had to answer. It was 20 minutes after my appointment time before I saw the doctor, but he was great. Listened carefully, performed some simple procedures and provided useful guidance for the future.
