We had a flood in our basement earlier in November. After the fire department came and gave us their assistance our daughter found PDQ, a remediation company on line and we called that night. They came and stayed till 3 am ridding our floors of the water. They set up fans and dehumidifiers and helped us dry out our things. Management called each day to check on progress and the service team continued to work with us to dry out our home. We appreciate PDQ s professionalism and caring support during this very upsetting time as the loss of our personal items were minimized with their efforts.
