I just want to thank On Track Doors for their quick same day service. The two technicians that came knew exactly what to do based on the issue I was having with my garage door opener. They replaced my door opener very quickly, and efficiently with setting up my new garage door mobile car door opener for four cars and also, help setup my Q mobile app, along with keypad garage door opener as well! Great job!! Both technicians were very professional!!

From my initial call on the morning after our garage door broke, I was given an early appointment for that day. This was our third time using On Track. The receptionist was very friendly and accomodating. She informed me that Henry would be our technician and would arrive between 10 am & 12 noon. He called and arrived at 9:45 am. Not only did he fix our door, but explained what happened. We were very pleased with his knowledge and work ethics, that we proceeded with having him install 2 new Liftmaster garage door openers ,which ours were 20 years old. The whole experience was a pleasure. Also the follow letter thanking us for our business was very appreciated. THANK YOU

All my remotes were opening my door but not closing it so I called On Track Doors. They could get a tech out to me the next day but I was leaving for a few days so we scheduled for my return. On Track sent a reminder the night before and another the morning of the appointment with a tracker attached. The tech (also named Henry) arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Henry did a great job explaining options to me. My opener was very old so I opted for a new opener (quieter, my efficient, and newer tech like the "myQ" app). Henry had a unit in the truck and quickly installed it. He programed the supplied remote and assisted with the myQ app. Overall a very positive experience with On Track Doors and Henry!

Two fellas showed up at 9:30 to add 2 garage screens with remotes. One was an 18-foot door and the other a 9 foot. They were here all day to accomplish this task, and it looks great. No complaints and both fellas were very awesome.
