There were a lot of problems when the new owners took over. Construction of a security fence, interoir construction, etc., but that all seems behind us now. The security gate malfunctions a lot. Why have a gate if it's stuck open half the time?The lighting inside our the building is poor. The end door lock doesn't work so we have to walk around the building to enter by a door that is never locked. Some security.

It has to be about two years now, that I've been using the services of My Storage. Right from the outset, the personnel have been courteous and helpful as well as professional. The unit that I occupy had been cleaned prior to my taking possession and any questions that I've had along the way have always been dealt with. So, all-in-all, I'm more than satisified with both the personnel and the site of My Storage.
