My encounter was limited to the sales representatives. I did not go into contact. I chose not to have solar paneling for personal reasons.

The sales representative was knowledgeable and not afraid to admit his was not sure of something. He reached out to his technical support group and even the ** regional manager and got me answers. The site assessment person was very experienced and when he identified possible issues with the rafter structure of my roof, he texted the engineering group that must issue the engineering approval. While they were not available to give a definitive opinion, as an accommodation, Momentum agreed to extend the 3 day recession period until after I have the answer on whether my roof can support the solar panels.

So far the experience has been great. Very professional and willing to work out any concern expressed. The process has been great. Now we wait to see how it works when activated. I guess I will provide future update once we have been on it for few months.

So far so good... I called them out to my house. Not a Door to Door sale. The rep (JOE) was informative and answered all of my questions. The install date is not yet set but I am looking forward to it and will update this post.

I was absolutely impressed with the way the Crew moved from the time they arrived at my home in Upland, Cal. to the time they left. They moved like a well oiled machine. They even cleaned everything up before leaving. I highly recommend Momentum and the Crew that installed the Solar Panels. What I’m not happy about is this; I was told my new panels can not be activated until my ole (1956) service panel is replaced.... it has not been changed yet, I am Not sure receiving any of the benefits for which I had the Solar Panels installed for. There you have it. The happy side and the not do happy as well. Thank you for allowing me the space to address this Bush Shane
