I just received a cold call from their sales division. The lady I spoke with exceptional 👏.. she provided me with a fantastic overview of the company she represents, she told me everything she knew and that was impressive, she also told me when she didn't know the answer to a high level technical question, she noted those questions for the technical department.. when I informed her that I was a disabled veteran she informed me that I would receive a discount and thanked me for my service. This lady could not have done a better job of interducing me to her company and its products. She should be in management is my opnion, if the CEO knew the level this lady operates at and wanted the best to head up all sales calls, she is the one I would endorse. They helped answer all my questions and they explained everything to me in detail. I couldn't ask for a better company to deal with and I couldn't ask for better solar panel installers to do my roof. I can go on and on about how great the company is and how awesome their solar panel installers are. Very informative, initial consult done remotely, inspection of roof and attic done on a Saturday. Very professional, he wore a mask. They submitted permits. They took the time to answer all my “what if” questions.

This is an all inclusive company that makes getting solar panels so easy. They have a roofing department if you need to replace your roof before installation of solar panels and they have an insurance company to insure them. I am impressed with the efficiency and ease of doing this project and I would recommend them to anyone interested in going solar. Very reputable company and customer service is above expected!!

The sales representative was knowledgeable and not afraid to admit his was not sure of something. He reached out to his technical support group and even the ** regional manager and got me answers. The site assessment person was very experienced and when he identified possible issues with the rafter structure of my roof, he texted the engineering group that must issue the engineering approval. While they were not available to give a definitive opinion, as an accommodation, Momentum agreed to extend the 3 day recession period until after I have the answer on whether my roof can support the solar panels.
