It was such a smooth process with them. I had the best experience. I rented the scooter for my 10 year old son. It helped him a lot in school and there were no issues in the whole process. I would highly recommend Mobility Plus.

Mary at Mobility Plus really cares and loves all of her clients. If you need your scooter repaired or serviced she can handle that for you. Plus, her showroom has a plethora of options for mobility scooters and home accessibility products. I would recommend my own family to Mary because she treats you like family!

After a small pebble rocked our early experience, we found the staff to be competent, competitive and professional. This is quite the family/community affair, and I haven’t even met both owners yet! The “white glove” delivery of the power chair was needed and part of the overall value. Increase your mobility and freedom here, NOT with online purchases. PS, we walked away from local competition with the same products. Those folks just didn’t value the business like Mobility Plus.

Where are the 10 stars because this company treated me like royalty hands down. I left my scooter key at home by accident. I looked up their ph# and got MS. Camille on the phone. She told me the price of the key and we drove 30min to get it. The property was well kept, I was greeted with a smile by the office staff. The atmosphere was so welcoming and kind. She walked out with me to ensure that the the key fit. Her gentle sales sense was a vibe. I appreciate this company. My scooter place back home could learn something from this company.

Mary and Scott are great. They're very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my and my daughter's questions. I now have an electric wheelchair that I'm learning to use in the house and soon will be using when I get the ramp that will be built specifically for the front of my home.
