In the last few months, I have been dealing with mobile electric wheelchairs and Needing a lift for my vehicle. Going to their competitor as they assured me, the lift I purchased from them would work in my vehicle. It did not! I then called Mobility Plus about a replacement That would work in my vehicle. I was blessed to speak with Jennica from the first phone call. Not only did she understand. My dilemma, she was able to find the right lift. Great customer service from the young lady whom assisted me!👍 I believe her name is Jennica Holt? At least that's the name on the business card that was given to me! When I told her about the trip my family had planned for my Mom, she was super helpful with the information that she gave me!👍 You see, my Mom is up in years now, and due to health issues, she can't get around without some form of assistance now! She had a desire to go to Destin Florida to the beach, but because of her health issues, it can't be done without proper assistance! Jennica advised me that while there, wheelchairs with balloon tires are available to rent that are designed for the purpose of assisting people like my Mom in enabling them to go out on the beach! It was exactly what we needed, and because of her suggestion, we were able to take our Mom out on the beach, and she enjoyed herself!🙂

I help my sister with my mothers care. Recently we needed to purchase her a wheelchair so she could get around her care facility. I honestly found Mobility Plus Alpharetta via a Google search. They had great reviews so I gave them a call. The process could not have been easier. Jennica carefully explained the various types, sent me brochures and gave me enough information to make an informed decision. We bought it and they dropped it off to her the day we bought it. A month or so later, Moms facility let us know it was time to consider a hospital bed, so the staff could get her in and out of it more easily. Mobility Plus to the rescue again. Again, Jennica gave me the various options and provided brochures. My sister and I made the choice and we scheduled delivery of the bed. Could not have been easier. They brought the bed and they were in and out in no time. Uh oh! Four months later the cord on the bed was reported to us as broken . I called Jennica and she had someone to look at it the same day. As it turns out, the cord simply had a bent prong, so they had it resolved within 5 hours of my initial call. They are the best! (pro tip: the enhanced service plan made this happen at no additional charge to us) We never want to think of getting these things for our loved ones, but if you find yourself needing them; call Mobility Plus Alpharetta-- they are amazing.
