I recently had foot surgery and rented a knee scooter from Mobility Plus. I was able to easily make my reservation online and conveniently pick up my scooter at their location. Mary made sure my scooter was adjusted to fit my height and even suggested a cushion which worked out perfectly! My entire experience was great and I would definitely use Mobility Plus again in the future!

When I first moved to Johns Creek I needed repair work done on my lift chair. Mobility Plus came to my home and fixed my chair. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable. I was thrilled to have found such a wonderful company! I discussed purchasing a mobile scooter with Scott, and said I would be back to do business with them in the future! Well, the future arrived! It was time to buy a scooter as my mobility was becoming more and more limited. I went to Mobility Plus of Alpharetta, met with Jennica Holt (a lovely, professional, knowledgeable young lady). She listened to what I was interested in, directed me toward approximately 5 models of scooter and helped me test them on site. She paid close attention to my needs, my concerns, and my price range. I settled on one Pride model, and then decided to come back in a few days when another Pride model arrived. Thats what I did, and the new model was perfect for me! I bought it on the spot, it was delivered later that day, and now Im independently rolling around my area, participating with my friends, enjoying activities daily, and feeling wonderful! This scooter has definitely affected and improved the QUALITY of my daily life! OUTSTANDING!! Please do your shopping at Mobility Plus of Alpharetta for all of your mobility needs. These folks are professionals, they care about their clients, they listen, and you will be glad that you found them. My favorite locally owned business!!! We had a great experience working with Mobility Plus. We were shopping for the best mobility options for both of my parents in their 80s. Their showroom had many models to see and ready to test drive which made a big difference in our decision process. Their representative was very kind and patient and did a great job explaining all the details.

I help my sister with my mothers care. Recently we needed to purchase her a wheelchair so she could get around her care facility. I honestly found Mobility Plus Alpharetta via a Google search. They had great reviews so I gave them a call. The process could not have been easier. Jennica carefully explained the various types, sent me brochures and gave me enough information to make an informed decision. We bought it and they dropped it off to her the day we bought it. A month or so later, Moms facility let us know it was time to consider a hospital bed, so the staff could get her in and out of it more easily. Mobility Plus to the rescue again. Again, Jennica gave me the various options and provided brochures. My sister and I made the choice and we scheduled delivery of the bed. Could not have been easier. They brought the bed and they were in and out in no time. Uh oh! Four months later the cord on the bed was reported to us as broken . I called Jennica and she had someone to look at it the same day. As it turns out, the cord simply had a bent prong, so they had it resolved within 5 hours of my initial call. They are the best! (pro tip: the enhanced service plan made this happen at no additional charge to us) We never want to think of getting these things for our loved ones, but if you find yourself needing them; call Mobility Plus Alpharetta-- they are amazing.

Jennica was our agent and was very friendly and most helpful. She asked our wishes and then showed us the perfect rollator. She was helpful in every way. It is great to have Mobility Plus in our area to see the product in person before you buy and to have their support after buying.

I recently broke my leg and needed personal transport in order to attend a wedding. I contacted Mobility Plus Atlanta and arranged for a shout term rental. Service was excellent, the product rented works exceptionally well and the end to end experience was outstanding. The staff was outstanding. If you need a shot term rental, mobility Plus Atlanta is the place to go!! 5 well earned stars!!

The experience with mobility plus Alpharetta is always great! The team works there absolutely caters to your needs. It is not very easy picking a mobility device and ensuring that it will suit your needs. This is my second year in a row, renting a device from the Alpharetta location and I will continue doing so.. Their kindness and consideration is what will make me continue to drive one hour and 15 minutes from near the airport To do business with them.

I recently worked with Mobility Plus in Alpharetta for a chair lift installation and had a great experience. I spoke with Scott Block, the co-owner, who was super helpful and quick to answer all my questions. The price was very reasonable, and they scheduled the installation right away with a clear arrival window. My grandson had a fractured foot one day before school started and insurance didn’t cover a mobility scooter. Luckily I found Mobility Plus in Alpharetta GA. I rented a scooter that was in perfect condition. My grandson was happy to go back to school with the scooter. It helped him get around classes and promoted his healing process. I would definitely recommend Mobility Plus. Oh rental was affordable and within my budget

After a small pebble rocked our early experience, we found the staff to be competent, competitive and professional. This is quite the family/community affair, and I haven’t even met both owners yet! The “white glove” delivery of the power chair was needed and part of the overall value. Increase your mobility and freedom here, NOT with online purchases. PS, we walked away from local competition with the same products. Those folks just didn’t value the business like Mobility Plus.

Where are the 10 stars because this company treated me like royalty hands down. I left my scooter key at home by accident. I looked up their ph# and got MS. Camille on the phone. She told me the price of the key and we drove 30min to get it. The property was well kept, I was greeted with a smile by the office staff. The atmosphere was so welcoming and kind. She walked out with me to ensure that the the key fit. Her gentle sales sense was a vibe. I appreciate this company. My scooter place back home could learn something from this company.
