GoogleI find it difficult to find the words to fully express my positive feelings about this company, it's owners and employees. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a staff of willing and obviously capable people who helped me to feel very comfortable and who were immediately able to help me solve my problem and meet my material needs. As a business owner, I am very sensitive to the needs of my customers and establishing lasting relationships. Metal Supermarkets exceeded my expectations. What more can one ask?

GoogleVery rarely do I post. I felt complelled to do so after such a favorable experience at the Metal Suppermarts Hackensack location. I am a life long wood work just starting to dapple in metal. I do not fully understand metal and the variations nor possess the vocabulary. I am fully out of my comfort zone which, lelt me feeling rather intimidated when shopping. This feeling was eliminated within the first few moments of meeting Jay and the other members at the Hackensack location. They walked me into the shop, explained the stock and began pulling and measuring pieces of metal. I was able to choose exactly what I needed for my project. They then cut, punched and plasma drilled the material. This experience was further enhanced by the jovial atmosphere and the laughs we exchanged. They have a "new" customer in me. I would reccommend their shop to everyone, from the skilled to the novice!
