The gentlemen at Metal Supermarkets Hackensack are so friendly, they invited us in, showed us exactly where to find what we needed and even took time out of their busy day to speak to us about the trade, about some material we will need for a future project, and even introduced a friend of theirs. Very rarely do I post. I felt complelled to do so after such a favorable experience at the Metal Suppermarts Hackensack location. I am a life long wood work just starting to dapple in metal.
I do not fully understand metal and the variations nor possess the vocabulary. I am fully out of my comfort zone which, lelt me feeling rather intimidated when shopping.
This feeling was eliminated within the first few moments of meeting Jay and the other members at the Hackensack location.
They walked me into the shop, explained the stock and began pulling and measuring pieces of metal.
I was able to choose exactly what I needed for my project. They then cut, punched and plasma drilled the material. This experience was further enhanced by the jovial atmosphere and the laughs we exchanged.
They have a "new" customer in me. I would reccommend their shop to everyone, from the skilled to the novice!
