I went here for the first time this month, and brought in repairs, traded jewelry for cash, and bought a beautiful setting, to which I had another diamond of my own that Frank put in the setting. He’s been in the business for 39 years and makes most of his own jewelry. There’s not a bad diamond or gemstone in the store. I went into Master Jewelers to purchase some wedding rings.My fiancé selected a ring with some help and sizing on guidance. I wanted something super simple so I asked for a custom ring to be created that matched my engagement ring band. The owner custom made my ring to match perfectly and had both rings ready within a week. When I saw the work on the rings I was so pleased I immediately handed over my engagement ring to get it resized. I was very worried getting it sized since it had a sizable amount of engraving inside the band and I didn't want to lose the text - he managed to size it down correctly and still kept all the engraving intact. And that was ready in 1 day. Prices were great and the service was excellent and quick. I would definitely recommend master jewelers to a friend.

I recently had to have my wedding ring cut off my finger due to an injury. Frank was very nice, and reassured me that he could cut it off painlessly, AND repair it as soon as my finger healed. He did, and my ring looks beautiful. I had him reset my diamond in a new 6 prong setting which was more secure, and it looks even more beautiful than it did before! Excellent jeweler and very courteous and professional. The store is lovely, and has some very beautiful merchandise as well.

Very happy with our whole experience at Master Jewelers and Frank. Needed to have my 15+ year old wedding ring resized. Frank advised that the ring should be remade for best protection of the stones where the gold had worn down over the years due to its style. He remade the ring (quickly) and it looks better than it ever did. Also liked that we could bring in old family jewelry to use as credit for the gold and he can remake with the stones into more modern designs.
