I have had 2 halo diamond rings resized here in the last year. When you decrease size with diamond around the band it can be very difficult. Master Jewelers did a fantastic job, it was flawless! They also accommodated a fast turn around for me which was appreciated. I like that the Jeweler who is fixing your item physically looks and talks to you about it before they price and go ahead with the job. Its nice to have the personal touch of a small business. I will take all of my jewelry needs to this store in future.

My wife and I both had rings that needed work. My wife's wedding ring needed a new setting head. That was a typical job that many jezwelers can do. The job was done very well.

The real test was my ring. It is an 18k gold serpent that I have had for years. I broke the head off of it several years ago. I tried off and on for years to find someone to put a new head on it. Most of the jewelers that I spoke with told me they couldn't repair it. They wanted to take my ring, credit me for the gold and sell me a new ring.
The owner, Frank, said he could put a head back on my ring with no problem. He was right! What a great job he did. There is absolutely no evidence of repair. It looks just like a brand new ring.

To Frank - Thank you for the amazing job you did for us. We will be back to see you again soon for more work.

To Franks potential future clients - you can stop looking for a jeweler. Frank is much more than a typical jeweler. He is an artist.

Great service and excellent craftsmanship, brought in a ring to have fixed and the band widened. Other jewelers said it could not be done... Frank said it would be no problem and the ring turned out great! Also had 2 necklaces fixed and a medallion loop built up. This is the only jeweler I will be going to from now on. Great service and pricing. Master jewelers is the place to go if your on the Eastside and need to purchase or have your jewelry serviced.

I walked into Master Jewelers to get a battery for my daughter's watch and serendipitously inquired if someone there could replace an opal inlay from my wedding band. Frank the owner and gemologist politely responded that he could and quoted me a fair fee for the expected work and stone replacement. I had taken this ring to many jewelry stores in the past and not one had agreed to do the work. A few weeks later I picked up my ring and it looks like the day I wore it down the aisle. I am so happy to have found a true Craftsman who has restored my ring to it's original condition. I wholeheartedly recommend Frank as a local business owner and true Craftsman.

I had toggle clasps retrofitted to two bracelets I received for Christmas and a ring repaired where the stone had fallen out and there was an issue with the shank. All of the work done was excellent, and on time. It was tricky retrofitting these bracelets but the work Frank did was seamless. The ring repair restored it- now quite lovely. I would recommend this jeweler!

I had what could have been a scary experience turn into a truly magical one. I lost a diamond out of my engagement ring that has been on my finger 31 years. Frank had it fixed within a week, prongs all built up, an upgraded center diamond and a beautiful reinforced 18ct gold band. I feel as thrilled with my ring as I was when I first got engaged. It was lovely to talk to the person who was actually going to work on my ring and know it wasn’t being sent out anywhere. I would totally trust this kind and talented man with any of my jewelry. Frank does an amazing job. I took my wedding ring in to get fixed after it got damaged and a few of the small diamonds fell out. He was reasonably priced and had the ring fixed in a few days. My wedding ring now fits great and it hasn't looked this clean in years!

Bought a ring for my beautiful wife at Costco, they only come in size 7.
I went to Master Jewelers in Issaquah and they resized the ring to a perfect fit! Dropped it off on Wednesday evening and picked it up on my way home Thursday...ready as promised! Not just a jewelry store but with a jeweler that can repair or create jewelry. Highly recommended!

I expected to get a quote that was too high and to have to leave it for a long period of time. I loved looking here at rings! Frank was very patient as I am an indecisive human. He wasn’t pushy whatsoever and was very helpful in answering my questions. He’s probably not one to give you his opinion unless you ask. His rings are beautiful and I’ve received many compliments on my engagement ring. I had my ring sized first thing in the morning and picked it up later the next day. I wish I had more input on what size my ring should be as I previously had never worn rings, but overall the experience was very pleasant.

I came to see Frank after the diamond fell out of my engagement ring. I had been to another jeweler who told me the diamond had cracked and it could not be reset. I was coming in to get a second opinion and hopefully some options.

Frank confirmed that the diamond could not be reset in the current setting, but gave me different setting choices that would work that he could put on my ring. He also gave me the option of sending the diamond to be repaired. I chose to have a new setting placed on my ring that would make the diamond secure. He had it done in a week and it was beautiful!! I was so happy to have my ring back! Would highly recommend!!

My fiance and I were very fortunate to work with Frank. From when we got engaged and now to our wedding day, Frank has been the best jeweler and is always a pleasure when we stroll in. My engagement ring was personalized which I get many compliments on. To really see Frank's skill, we asked for a custom whiskey barrel wedding band for my fiance. We brought the wood and yet again, Frank delivered without hesitation. He is a genuine, caring person who provides joy to many that take a step in his business and give him the opportunity to do exactly what you want. I could not be happier with Frank and his dedication to our rings, but also for his dedication on going above and beyond what is asked of him. I went here for the first time this month, and brought in repairs, traded jewelry for cash, and bought a beautiful setting, to which I had another diamond of my own that Frank put in the setting. Frank’s turnaround on work is fast, his prices are reasonable, and his cash back is generous. He also is very knowledgeable and eagerly answered all my questions. He’s been in the business for 39 years and makes most of his own jewelry. There’s not a bad diamond or gemstone in the store. It is obvious from his work that attention to detail and quality is of utmost importance to him. This is my new go-to jeweler. No more jewelry chain stores for me.

I went into Master Jewelers to purchase some wedding rings.My fiancé selected a ring with some help and sizing on guidance. I wanted something super simple so I asked for a custom ring to be created that matched my engagement ring band. The owner custom made my ring to match perfectly and had both rings ready within a week.

When I saw the work on the rings I was so pleased I immediately handed over my engagement ring to get it resized. I was very worried getting it sized since it had a sizable amount of engraving inside the band and I didn't want to lose the text - he managed to size it down correctly and still kept all the engraving intact. And that was ready in 1 day.

Prices were great and the service was excellent and quick. I would definitely recommend master jewelers to a friend.

I recently had to have my wedding ring cut off my finger due to an injury. Frank was very nice, and reassured me that he could cut it off painlessly, AND repair it as soon as my finger healed. He did, and my ring looks beautiful. I had him reset my diamond in a new 6 prong setting which was more secure, and it looks even more beautiful than it did before! Excellent jeweler and very courteous and professional. The store is lovely, and has some very beautiful merchandise as well.

Very happy with our whole experience at Master Jewelers and Frank. Needed to have my 15+ year old wedding ring resized. Frank advised that the ring should be remade for best protection of the stones where the gold had worn down over the years due to its style. He remade the ring (quickly) and it looks better than it ever did. Also liked that we could bring in old family jewelry to use as credit for the gold and he can remake with the stones into more modern designs. Great selection of items in his displays too at nice pricing. Love my ring and plan to have you make more stuff! Thank you.

I brought in a vintage diamond ring that belonged to a great-great-grandma. I wanted to have it appraised. Fethi looked at the ring and wrote up the paperwork in approximately an hour. He was very professional and was able to explain what he was looking for. I was happy with the service and will certainly use Master Jewelers again. Also, I did not buy any of his custom jewelry during my visit but all of it was gorgeous. I admired the jewelry while Fethi examined my ring.

My husband and I just got custom created rings. Frank met with us, zoned in on exactly what we wanted and created gorgeous rings that exceeded what we had hoped for. Wow, so impressed and lucky to have found such a "jewel" of a place right here in my own neighborhood! Having lost a diamond from my wedding ring for the second time in two years, I knew it was time to redesign it for strength and style. I was at a complete loss as to where to seek help. Looking on line, Frank and his somewhat new to this area shop came up. I remembered seeing his place, in passing, and after reading so many impressive reviews from many happy customers, I popped in. What a fabulous experience! Frank helped me to understand what could be done with my ring. We looked through his very large and beautiful inventory and found just the style that suited me. Ten days later, and for a very reasonable price, Frank literally melted down, restyled the gold and mounted my diamonds in a beautiful and solid new configuration. I couldn't be happier, and can't stop looking at it. I am also very satisfied and confident that I will not lose another stone. Thank you Frank!!! Frank replaced the Lobster Claw Clasp on my daughter's gold chain. I wanted nothing less than perfection since this chain was given to her on the day of her Baptism 15 years ago. He delivered.
