I have had 2 halo diamond rings resized here in the last year. When you decrease size with diamond around the band it can be very difficult. Master Jewelers did a fantastic job, it was flawless! They also accommodated a fast turn around for me which was appreciated. I like that the Jeweler who is fixing your item physically looks and talks to you about it before they price and go ahead with the job. Its nice to have the personal touch of a small business. My wife and I both had rings that needed work. My wife's wedding ring needed a new setting head. That was a typical job that many jezwelers can do. The job was done very well. The real test was my ring. It is an 18k gold serpent that I have had for years. I broke the head off of it several years ago. I tried off and on for years to find someone to put a new head on it. Most of the jewelers that I spoke with told me they couldn't repair it. They wanted to take my ring, credit me for the gold and sell me a new ring. The owner, Frank, said he could put a head back on my ring with no problem. He was right! What a great job he did. There is absolutely no evidence of repair. It looks just like a brand new ring. To Frank - Thank you for the amazing job you did for us. We will be back to see you again soon for more work. To Franks potential future clients - you can stop looking for a jeweler. I walked into Master Jewelers to get a battery for my daughter's watch and serendipitously inquired if someone there could replace an opal inlay from my wedding band. Frank the owner and gemologist politely responded that he could and quoted me a fair fee for the expected work and stone replacement. I came to see Frank after the diamond fell out of my engagement ring. I had been to another jeweler who told me the diamond had cracked and it could not be reset. I was coming in to get a second opinion and hopefully some options. Frank confirmed that the diamond could not be reset in the current setting, but gave me different setting choices that would work that he could put on my ring. He also gave me the option of sending the diamond to be repaired. I chose to have a new setting placed on my ring that would make the diamond secure. He had it done in a week and it was beautiful!! I was so happy to have my ring back! Would highly recommend!!
