Got our engagement and wedding ring at Master Jewelers. My fiancee wanted to design her own three stone ring and they helped us do it in only a couple minutes while discussing practicalities of details like gold versus platinum, stone size, price, etc. Not pushy, no up-selling. It was an awesome experience and we fully recommend Master Jewelers to everyone.

I was thrilled with my repair! My earring had broken and lost the original frosty finish which is characteristic of silver. The finish looks even better than it did before I originally bought them. Thanks for the great service!

Went to get my ring resized. Reasonable price and great customer service! We were supposed to pick it up the next day but we were in the area and after about an hour Frank saw us passing by and called us that he had it ready. I was able to pick up the same day! He said he saw how excited I was so he did it early. Thank you Frank!

My watch needed a replacement battery, turns out it is also malfunctioning and might not be usable. He replaced the battery and told me about the malfunction and DID NOT CHARGE ME. Wonderful service and a rarity now adays. I would bring my business here any day based off of my visit. THANK YOU again!

I have had 2 halo diamond rings resized here in the last year. When you decrease size with diamond around the band it can be very difficult. Master Jewelers did a fantastic job, it was flawless! They also accommodated a fast turn around for me which was appreciated. I like that the Jeweler who is fixing your item physically looks and talks to you about it before they price and go ahead with the job. Its nice to have the personal touch of a small business. I will take all of my jewelry needs to this store in future.

My wife and I both had rings that needed work. My wife's wedding ring needed a new setting head. That was a typical job that many jezwelers can do. The job was done very well.

The real test was my ring. It is an 18k gold serpent that I have had for years. I broke the head off of it several years ago. I tried off and on for years to find someone to put a new head on it. Most of the jewelers that I spoke with told me they couldn't repair it. They wanted to take my ring, credit me for the gold and sell me a new ring.
The owner, Frank, said he could put a head back on my ring with no problem. He was right! What a great job he did. There is absolutely no evidence of repair. It looks just like a brand new ring.

To Frank - Thank you for the amazing job you did for us. We will be back to see you again soon for more work.

To Franks potential future clients - you can stop looking for a jeweler. Frank is much more than a typical jeweler. He is an artist.

Great service and excellent craftsmanship, brought in a ring to have fixed and the band widened. Other jewelers said it could not be done... Frank said it would be no problem and the ring turned out great! Also had 2 necklaces fixed and a medallion loop built up. This is the only jeweler I will be going to from now on. Great service and pricing. Master jewelers is the place to go if your on the Eastside and need to purchase or have your jewelry serviced.

I walked into Master Jewelers to get a battery for my daughter's watch and serendipitously inquired if someone there could replace an opal inlay from my wedding band. Frank the owner and gemologist politely responded that he could and quoted me a fair fee for the expected work and stone replacement. I had taken this ring to many jewelry stores in the past and not one had agreed to do the work. A few weeks later I picked up my ring and it looks like the day I wore it down the aisle. I am so happy to have found a true Craftsman who has restored my ring to it's original condition. I wholeheartedly recommend Frank as a local business owner and true Craftsman.

I had toggle clasps retrofitted to two bracelets I received for Christmas and a ring repaired where the stone had fallen out and there was an issue with the shank. All of the work done was excellent, and on time. It was tricky retrofitting these bracelets but the work Frank did was seamless. The ring repair restored it- now quite lovely. I would recommend this jeweler!

I had what could have been a scary experience turn into a truly magical one. I lost a diamond out of my engagement ring that has been on my finger 31 years. Frank had it fixed within a week, prongs all built up, an upgraded center diamond and a beautiful reinforced 18ct gold band. I feel as thrilled with my ring as I was when I first got engaged. It was lovely to talk to the person who was actually going to work on my ring and know it wasn’t being sent out anywhere. I would totally trust this kind and talented man with any of my jewelry. Frank does an amazing job. I took my wedding ring in to get fixed after it got damaged and a few of the small diamonds fell out. He was reasonably priced and had the ring fixed in a few days. My wedding ring now fits great and it hasn't looked this clean in years!

Bought a ring for my beautiful wife at Costco, they only come in size 7.
I went to Master Jewelers in Issaquah and they resized the ring to a perfect fit! Dropped it off on Wednesday evening and picked it up on my way home Thursday...ready as promised! Not just a jewelry store but with a jeweler that can repair or create jewelry. Highly recommended!

I loved looking here at rings! Frank was very patient as I am an indecisive human. He wasn’t pushy whatsoever and was very helpful in answering my questions. He’s probably not one to give you his opinion unless you ask. His rings are beautiful and I’ve received many compliments on my engagement ring. I had my ring sized first thing in the morning and picked it up later the next day. I wish I had more input on what size my ring should be as I previously had never worn rings, but overall the experience was very pleasant.

I came to see Frank after the diamond fell out of my engagement ring. I had been to another jeweler who told me the diamond had cracked and it could not be reset. I was coming in to get a second opinion and hopefully some options.

Frank confirmed that the diamond could not be reset in the current setting, but gave me different setting choices that would work that he could put on my ring. He also gave me the option of sending the diamond to be repaired. I chose to have a new setting placed on my ring that would make the diamond secure. He had it done in a week and it was beautiful!! I was so happy to have my ring back! Would highly recommend!!
