Lawrence Levy reached out personally at 8:00AM the next morning. I contract Levy & Associates for tax and accounting services (business and personal). I like their model: Pay the annual fee and get access to an expert 7 days per week. I started my business four years ago. I appreciate the ability to ask a lot of questions without incurring extra fees. It has been very useful. I doubt there’s a tax or accounting issue they can’t navigate. Levy & Associates helped me solve tax and accounting issues. They have my full confidence when it comes to knowing what to do and doing it at a high level. What I like most is the customer service they provide. You have to care about customer service to do it right, and it is always clear that they do. Each person I have interacted with has been immediately responsive. It’s easy to talk to them and they encourage you to call. I will be a customer for many years. GoogleMy accountant of 10 years made over 300k in mistakes between my business and personal returns over just 2 past years (never even received correspondence bc they were even sending to an address over 6 years old they mistakenly put on returns) as a multi unit franchise owner, besides the money and accounts that were frozen I almost lost my franchise license… I was referred to Levy and Assoc. from my attorney (as I needed someone who specialized in this area) and Levy and Associates (Especially GT) went above and beyond to save everything I had worked so hard for. They took the case on a SUNDAY afternoon and using their contacts (as I was on the phone) they were able to get in touch with an IRS agent immediately and went right to work. My license was saved, accounts unfrozen, before the end of the following week. I continue to work with them — if you’re in a serious bind with the IRS I couldn’t recommend them more; and this is coming from someone who works in the same industry. One of the reasons I had for choosing them were the comments from people who spoke about how long they’ve been clients. People won’t stay with you for long if you’re not good. I made a painless first appointment and met with Lawrence Levy personally who could not have been nicer. After discussing the services that I needed he put me in the hands of one of the associates, Josh Mitchell. Josh was/is great! He’s thorough, knowledgeable and always makes himself available for any questions or concerns you may have. I’ve emailed him late in the evening with a question thinking he’d reply back in the morning but he answered it right away. That’s the attention and service you get at Levy & Associates. I don’t write a lot of reviews, maybe a handful in the course of a year, but this one I had to write. It was worth letting people know this one is a good one!
