I needed some technical information on a specific kitchen exhaust and make up air system and was put on the phone with Brian. I honestly don’t remember the last time I had someone on the phone or otherwise as helpful as Brian was in answering questions and even doing some research between our phone calls to ensure I had all the pertinent and correct info. Last week was my first time working with LDI and I was absolutely blown away with the level of service and knowledge that they offered. Bob Rogers in particular was not only instrumental in assessing the situation at our restaurant, but he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were up and running as quickly as possible.
