I went to Kranichs looking for a nice time piece, i was welcomed and escorted around the store by shane. He was very charismatic and professional. He took care of all my needs in a very timely manner. and with his knowledge, was able to lead me into precisely the right direction i was looking for watch wise. Great service, highly recommend.

My wife had to have her rings repaired. Farrand took care of everything for us. Great customer service. No issues. The rings look brand new. Only a short time for repairs. Kranichs is the only place we ever go for jewelry because of the great customer service and knowledgeable staff.
