We purchased a new (to us) home about a year ago. We had Infinite Water Solutions install a RO system within our granite counter top. Workman informed us of their anticipated arrival, arrived on time, flawlessly completed the task and cleaned up nicely. A year later their tech was scheduled to perform a routine maintained inspection of the a/m system. The same degree of professionalism was repeated as above. Additionally, the tech was a pleasure to meet and interact with. My word is important to me as, “a man is only as good as his word,” so, I give you my word the above is true and genuine, I highly recommend this team.👍👍👍

Super happy with the installation of my new water treatment system. Tyler had a super small area with a dirt floor that was uneven and was just a challenge in general but he got the job done. I'm excited to have iron free soft water!

i had a leak and they were able to come out almost immediately i had to leave for an appointment, while they were fixing the issue and i had no quams about leaving Tyler in my home alone. when i got home everything was fixed. thank you infinite still loving my alkalized water seeing as i can smell the chlorine when i open my city water tap

I’ve always appreciated the attention infinite water has paid to my water system. The technicians who have come to install and maintain are always willing to explain what they’re doing and are capable of explaining it at any level based on your knowledge of equipment and water treatment. The techs are friendly, prepared and perform a thorough job when maintaining the equipment. I would highly recommend infinite water to anyone, and I have.

I have had a wonderful experience working with Infinite Water Solutions. We bought our home two years ago, and the well was not yet connected to our home. A cistern provided clean water to the house. One challenge I presented was getting quality water from our well to not only service our home, but to also service our beautiful water feature outside. With two ponds, three water falls and a creek, the challenge was met by our whole home RO system that gets everything out of the well water so the iongen system can do it’s job on the string algae! I highly recommend Infinite. The whole team, from Kevin, the installer, to Brendan, the technical resource, to Kalen, went the extra mile and delivered a system I am very excited to have. Great job guys!

Great experience dealing with Infinite Water Solutions. I went to Rona and Home Depot for RO system filters and no one I talked to at either store was helpful. I called Infinite, they had me send a couple pictures of the system I have, and they had the correct filters ready for me to pickup right away. Customer service was top notch. They were polite, gave me a quote over the phone, and gave helpful instructions on how to switch out my filters.

We have had Kevin out here to work on our water system several times this year. We appreciate the personable, efficient service he provides. Living in rural Saskatchewan it can be difficult to aquire services here. This company has always stepped up to the plate to help us resolve our issues with our well water.
