The staff have been exceptional in their service of setting up and maintaining our system. The last technician we had (Kevin I think) was so accommodating to help me learn what our system does. He explained all the workings so well. I would recommend that if anyone is checking out an RO system to definitely give Infinite Water Systems a call.

IWS took me on a a client for an existing system in my home and I live two hours away! I'm now on a service schedule for my water system so I don't have to worry about maintenance. I get a call to arrange a time, and a text to let me know who is on the way. Each technician that has come has been professional, polite and friendly. They get the job done quickly and at times have gone above and beyond what's required. The office staff is friendly and resolves any issues that arise quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

Great company! Quick and efficient service. Any problems and they are out right away! The guys who do installations and repairs/maintenance do an amazing job. They arrive on time and are polite, well mannered and great at their job. We have had our system for over two years and it has made such a huge difference in the quality of our water. We just added another 4 gallon tank which will increase our output of RO water. Thanks to Devin, Kevin and staff. Keep up the good work.

They come out once a year, test my water and look after my system. They are friendly and if I have questions, they are eager to answer or explain everything to me. I definitely enjoy the drinking water system, it tastes way better than any bottle water I have ever had! love their service and the water system!

We are very happy with our water system from Infinite Water Solutions. Had it over a year now. Price is very reasonable and our water is excellent. The main water is perfectly soft but doesn't use ridiculous amounts of softener salt. And the drinking water is delicious.

Big shout out to the folks at Infinite Water Solutions! Almost two years ago we became newbies when it came to using a well as our primary water supply for our cabin in northern Saskatchewan. Learning the ropes of using the different filtration systems required to maintain a high quality of water was imperative. Everyone at Infinite Water has been exceptionally responsive and accommodating in assisting us along the way. From Iron filtration and Water Softener all the way to our recently installed Reverse Osmosis drinking water solution we couldn’t be more happy with how Infinite Water Solutions has stepped up to the plate.

My entire experience with Infinite Water Solutions has been very positive. They provided excellent communicate regarding setting up and changing installation times. Our technician, Kevin, was very friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious of our napping 8 month old as he went about the install. He provided us with a ton of information and set up an additional water line for the new fridge we were installing later in the month. The water itself is fantastic, and I love that they will contact us regarding filter changes - just one less thing I need to remember! We previously had culligan water, but I could never get used to the strange taste it had. My family loves this water, I am so happy we contacted Infinite Water Solutions!

The name of the business says it all. I have delt with many different service companies, and this one is truly there for its customers, The installer/technician. Very reliable and very knowledgeable. Office/sales was a total non pressure sale, again very knowledgeable. 5 star review is unfortunately all google will allow but i would give them a 7!! Thank you Infinite Water Solutions!! Right from day one Kalen was prompt with returning calls messages answered all our questions made us feel at ease with concerns.once the day came to have our system installed Tyler our installer was early professional polite.I felt comfortable to be able to go to work popping in to check on progress. Job went very clean without a hitch system is very easy to understand didn’t take up a lot of space I am very happy with the whole experience from beginning to end. Had my first glass of safe drinkable water out of the tap so amazing thank you so much.
