GoogleUPDATE Nov 25 2020: Requested warranty repair on slight noise on shut down of furnace. Gilbert handled this meticulously & kept me abreast of HEs communication with Carrier. Technician came twice until I was fully satisfied. Incredible follow up by Gilbert..most companies have been using Covid as a shield, but HE responds IMMEDIATELY to my requests. The technician Jason, was amazing, very thorough, professional & patient. HE, please keep,up this great customer service mandate & u will be THE BEST Heating/Cooling company in Canada. Everything was done professionally! Out of 3 major company Sales Reps, Sergue from High Efficiency was the only Rep who advised me of the available Enbridge Rebates. Others actually stated that our house was too new (14 yrs old!) & so we would not qualify! He explained that there's an independant procedure ie through any approved Enbridge Auditor. By going through an auditor & following their recommendations, we were able to claim a substantial Rebate.

With their customer service is easy communicate and arranged for a technician came to my home to replace that rusty part of the pipe. Jason arrived on time with wearing a mask. He immediately went to the furnace to perform repairs. Throughout the process he focused on work and carefully inspected HVAC work system. HomeStarsVery professional and knowledgeable. Jason (technician) did a thorough check up on our furnace and even checked the filter in our humidifier. Recommended a more suitable filter for both. He explained things in details. This company is good because they offered to check if the parts to be replaced are still on warranty and not like other companies who will just charge and charge you for things that you don’t even need. The repair is not complete yet as of this review. We are still waiting for the parts. We will leave another one after everything is finished. But so far everything is good. It is worth calling them.

Recommonded by my friend, the techonician appeared at my home in 80 minutes after my contacting. That's amazing. He taught me the tricky way to fix the problem temporarily so I could still stay in the warm house. Today they called me that they had contacted the supplier and could replace the part. Harry from High Efficiency was very professional and knowledgeable, and actually used his analysis to come up with the best solution. I'm so glad I had the assessment done! I then had them install a new furnace/thermostat, and I was very impressed with the high level of technical competence and quality of work from their installer, Lou.
