GoogleI called the Customer care about a noise in my furnace. It was booked promptly and the technician arrived in 2hrs. Though he could not found out the origin of the noises, he patiently explained the possible causes and told me to call him again in case it happened again. He told me to video the source of the noises. I was also told if the noises return, no charge for the same problem.

The customer service arranged the service well and efficiently, which made me relief immediately. Harry came to my house at his earliest time and fixed the problem right away. He also inspected the furnace and advised me the issues of the filter system. He provided me his professional opinions about the filters and furnace maintenance. They did an excellent job in this service. I appreciate it. Thank you very much!

GoogleI've been a "high Life Heating and AC" customer but high Life has become unprofessional hence I have to find another company. Good thing I found "high Efficiency Cooling and heating". The manager, Gilbert, at high Efficiency is polite and helpful. The technician, Pirab, is very patient, helpful and does his job with heart. My furnace has a code 31 on Feb 2021, Pirab spend 2-3 hours during the diagnostic call to locate the problem. I have done my research, there are about 10 possibilities for code 31. And I appreciate technician Pirab to take the time, try his best to locate the problem. After he found the problem, it is time for him to go to his next appointment. On the next day, even though it is a day off for Pirab, he came back to fix the furnace. I will recommend people to give "high Efficiency Cooling and heating" a try.

High Efficiency came through and got a technician to come in the afternoon. They were able to diagnose the issue, but unfortunately there were no parts due to the extended weekend. When everything opened Dec 29th, they were able to get the parts and quickly got our heat going. Thank you Serguei and Gilbert for all your help!

Last weekend, my furnace stopped working for some unknown reason. When I called them this morning, the service technician showed up within hours for free and everything works again after some adjustment was made. Highly recommended!
GoogleExcellent customer service from the initial booking to the service call. Imagine when I called High Efficiency, I actually got to speak with a real human being on the phone instead of being put on hold forever. A senior service tech (Jason) was sent out the next morning. Jason was very knowledgeable and took the time to accurately diagnose the issue with our AC system and was able to fix it on the spot! From the time I called to the time the AC was up and running smoothly was less than 24hrs. Great experience. Highly recommend. UPDATE - Jan 2021 our house is old and full of surprises. Our furnace was malfunctioning recently and High Efficiency was once again prompt, professional and very friendly with their service. Cannot recommend enough. We were able to get an amazingly skilled and kind technician in promptly for a temporary fix and then Jason was able to come in today to replace the malfunctioning parts.

My parents were freezing in their house only relying on burning wood at the fireplace to keep themselves warm. So I when I received a call on Monday saying that they were able to send a person to help fix our issues within the next hour. It was nothing but good news. Jason was sent in to rectify our issue and I couldn't ask for anyone better. For what only seemed to be a replacement job turned out more complex then he imagined. It was a tough job but he made sure to be thorough with his work. He was nothing but helpful during the experience. Made sure we understood what was the problem and what needed to be done next. He stayed extra long double checking and making sure everything was set up the way it was suppose to be. He deserves to be recognized for his efforts. We seriously owe that guy a fishing trip.

GoogleMy furnace was not heating. Called High Efficiency Cooling & Heating. Technician (Piraba) called to say he will be at my house early morning. He show up on time as promised. Took his time to troubleshoot and eliminate one by one possible issue to find out the problem and explained what he was doing so I could understand. The problem was not with my furnace but with the thermostat. Great experience. Will be asking for him when next I call for service.

It finally gave up a few weeks ago and we called High Efficiency to check it out. Given the age of the furnace we decided to replace it with a similar two stage Carrier Infinity. They were very quick to order the ductwork and pedestal and the next day the installer arrived and did an amazing job given the space constraints he had to work with. They were very respectful of the property and completed it very professionally. There were some issues however with the old controls being calibrated for our zones systems and after an attempt by one technician they sent Harry to take a look. He quickly identified the issue and was able to set it in less than half an hour. Given our pleasant experience with Chareton, Jason the technician, Jason the installer, Harry and the (don't know name)appointment scheduler we would recommend this business

My heat would only stay on 10 minutes at a time then shut off so I called them and they came the very next day. My technician was Jason Bunjo. He assessed my problem very quickly and not only did he show me thoroughly step by step what the issue was he was very professional and nice. This will be the only company I will have my heating serviced from!!!!!

HomeStarsWe received services from High Efficiency on two separate occasions this year - one for our A/C in the summer and recently for a furnace noise problem which both resulted in quick response times and consultations for installation of our A/C and replacement of our inducer motor. Our Service Technician, Jason for BOTH occasions were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He goes above and beyond in explaining what needs to be done, the process/approach he will be taking and provides tips and suggestions on how to prolong the life of the A/C unit, furnace, and what to look for when troubleshooting for error messages! What more can I say about his service? It's amazing! I highly recommend High Efficiency and Service Technician, Jason to everyone! (I promise you won't regret making this choice!)

I was able. to get it going again but found there was corrosion on the gas valve. He fixed it quickly and identified some items to follow up with Carrier on.
