These guys were here on time. They very friendly, respectable and efficient. They worked clean and professional. They had such beautiful personalities, which made it very easy for communication. They were very informative in showing me how to clean the filters and explained the necessity of cleaning it. They seemed quite knowledgeable and was well equipped to complete their job. I am very pleased with their work as they not only cleaned the unit but went as far as to test it, take readings and recorded the information. I would highly recommend all three of them and a bonus they clean up after themselves and return items in its original place without hesitation or requests or questions. Excellent work guys keep it up!

Our furnace stopped working on a 2 degree day this Spring. We selected HECH based on the recommendations on HomeStars. A HECH recognition came within an hour of our call and got the furnace started again which we were really happy about. The unit was 27 years old so was on its last legs. We decided to replace it and out similarly aged AC unit with a new heat pump/ furnace combo. The sales rep set us up with an energy audit company so we could take advantage of the government's greener home rebate. This reduces our cost almost in half. We'll get both units replaced for the price of a furnace alone. The technician in charge of the install was excellent. Great to work with and took care of our home. A fantastic experience.

I called two different companies and nobody was able to fix the problem, they only change parts hoping that will fix the problem. Serguei was the third person who came to look at the problem and did the right diagnostic and located the problem of the clogged collector box. Positive: Professionalism Had a terrific experience with my service technician, Harry Yan. First off I was able to make an appointment the same day and Harry came to my house within the time frame. I had originally had another technician come last week and they informed me that I had to replace my entire furnace due to the malfunction of the heat exchange. On top of that they were going to red tag my furnace and shut it off unless i got someone to replace it. When Harry came he asked me what the issue was in which I told him and then he performed a diagnostic on my furnace. Long story short he tested my carbon monoxide and the actual unit and told me everything is fine. He did suggest if I really wanted to I can replace that specific part if it bothers me but he recommended that i just let the furnace run its course and them replace the entire thing down the road. Harry was fantastic. He was really trying to help me save a few $$$$ and not try to sell me something which I appreciated. I will be going back down the road for any heater/AC needs

I was desperately looking for a qualified, trustworthy and knowledgeable person to assist me with an issue I was having with my condo Havc. I had made a few calls and research in advance. After a warm welcome from my call to High Efficiency Cooling & Heating inc. i was connected with Serguie. Sergiue arrived and was exactly what I needed. My condo unit is tenanted so it was extremely important I had someone who would be sensitive and understanding to them and acted quickly and efficiently, Serguei did just that. He successfully repaired a leak at had that ended up saving my a lot of money! He stayed committed to address every issue and concern I had. I had to address further issues with my condo and Serguei walked me through that. I don’t review often, but when I have an A++++experience I feel it’s important. Hands down the best Havc technician out there. I highly recommend this company.

I called this company to fix the AC problem last December, and the technician clearly identified the problem and made the replacement of the necessary part only. This week I had furnace not blowing hot air. I called the company and the same technician came. Awesome service and follow-up. Charton visited our home when we first inquired and he was patient and through in explaining our options and answering our many questions on what is best for our home. We ultimately selected the Carrier Infinity Modulating Furnace (80k Btu) the Carrier Performance 3-ton air conditioner, the Aprilaire 800 steam humidifier, and the I-wave air purifier. Jason was the technician for our job and after some rescheduling due to the 50cm of snow we got recently, Jason came by and did a meticulous job in installing all units. He even went so far as examining all my intake and exhaust piping that was pre-existing and re-caulked and re-sealed the joints and the points of entry in our exterior wall. The finished product is very neat and tidy and done very professionally. I am thoroughly impressed with High Efficiency Cooling and Heating and more specifically Charton and Jason. Job well done guys. Charton even followed up with a visit 2 days after install and offered to bring me a complimentary winter cover for the AC unit outside. Thank you so very much.
