GoogleIn the beginning, the inspection and process of insurance was very cleanly managed with little intervention of my part. The installers worked as a Team and did a wonderful job. It took them approx 12 hours, that included the clean up, rolling my yard with a magnet sweep, and just making sure everything was in place as when they started. It was a great experience.

GoogleWe were a tough situation, I admit. We had hail damage to our house. After seeking a quote, we moved forward with a competitor of Greenawalt. That competitor dragged out the process over 9 months with our insurance quote. We were given the run-around something extreme. We had enough. We contacted Greenawalt and within 30 minutes of their arrival, we had the papers signed and they agreed to do the project within the budget and quote given by the insurance company. No problems. No run-around. They had our roof done in four hours and did some other projects for us with care and flawlessness. If I could give 6 stars, I would.
GoogleI had Greenawalt Roofing replace my roof in December of 2018 and my siding in January of 2019. The crews they had come out and do it each time were outstanding. After it was done we requested one more spot to have apiece of flashing put on and they came out and did that with no delay. Then once new shutters arrived, we asked they re-install them and they did with no problem. We also had gutter guards installed at that time back in 2018/19. But recently (May of 2020) we have seen the gutter overflowing and called Greenawalt again. I spoke to the receptionist who was very kind and she let me know that I would be receiving a call from someone at a later time. I did within the hour and was told they would send someone out. Today, May 6th, a dreary rainy day, three gentlemen showed up and climbed up on the wet roof and fixed my problem. In fact just to be sure they checked my other gutters to make sure of no problems with those gutters. The gentlemen were pleasant and did what they needed to do. I can not say enough about this company and the work they did for us. Nothing but a positive experience from beginning to end as well as beyond. Thank you Greenawalt! --Matt

FacebookSome Years ago, a tree fell on my house, and severely damaged my porch roof. I have an older 1926 house which has a Yankee Gutter. It is a complicated system and I have had two contractors look at it, and said they could fix it but both botched the job, the roof leaked and I figured I would just have to live with it. I called Greenawalt and their inspector, not only explained the problem, but knew exactly what it need to be fixed. They completed the work in one day, and the roof does not leak. Great Job Guys. They have my vote and I will be telling my neighbors about it, since there are many Yankee roofs in our neighborhood. Twelve year labor warranty and 30 year warranty on the rubber roof.

FacebookThe "team" that showed up at my home, were courteous, and very respectful to my property. It was a very warm day, I kept insisting they take the partially frozen water bottles that I offered. They cleaned my property as they went along, explained in detail what was going on, they were true professionals all throughout the day. When I came home from work, I would not have known they were there, except for having a new roof.
GoogleGreenawalt patiently worked with our recalcitrant insurance company, practically bending over backward to get the info needed for our claim. Then, when we finally had Greenawalt put on the roof, the work was done quickly and - as far as I can tell with both feet firmly on the ground - did a good job. The workers cleaned up the yard and didn't mangle my flowerbeds too badly. I'm hoping we won't ever need another roof again, but I'd we do, Greenawalt will be our first call.
