BBBThe crew from Greenawalt did an excellent job installing a new roof. Looks great. Project manager went out of his way to help with two new exhaust vents. Clean up was very good. New gutters with gutter guard installed the following week, and again, an excellent job. One minor follow up issue with roof/siding was handled gladly and within a few days.

FacebookWe had a new structured roof added on to our patio so that we could remove the old aluminum roof. After the structure was built I had Greenawalt come out to shingle it as well as my old roof, and add new gutters. I also asked them to cover up my old roof vents since they were going to add ridge vents to the new and existing roof. Wow, it looks great! This was my first experience with Greenawalt and I will definitely be looking them up when I need any more work done. Everyone I talked to was very professional and knowledgeable. I had them out for an estimate on a few leaks we were having, thinking we would just make a few repairs. They diagnosed that we had hail damage and worked with my insurance (shout out Liberty Mutual) to replace the entire roof plus the garage. Mind you, we don't live in a simple rancher. Our house is a 130 year old Victorian with all kinds of crazy angles, slopes, and surfaces. Their crew worked for over a week, sometimes past dark, to get the job done. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and level of professionalism displayed by every member of their crew. We would recommend Greenawalt to anyone looking to have roof work done.

GoogleCalled Greenawalt Roofing, as we needed a section of our roof changed from shingles to EPDM, due to the low pitch. The initial quote we had received from another company was exorbitant. Greenawalt was out within 2 days and we had a reasonable quote within an hour of two after they left our home. On the day of installation, the small team arrived on time, they were considerate of the fact that we had three dogs and we had to coordinate occasional potty breaks, outside time, etc. My boyfriend is a home inspector and he said the work looked good! Removed the old roof and existing sky lights, Replaced the sky lights with new ones and installed the new roof. They started at 8am and were finished at 6pm. They cleaned up after completed and the yard was left as they found in. I would recommend Greenawalt for roof installtions.

They offered to inspect my roof and a few neighboring houses as well, finding similar and significant damage. Their staff walked us through the insurance process and worked directly with the inspectors to ensure all of our damage was covered and repaired. It couldn't have been easier. The Greenawalt installation crew was incredible. They were quick, efficient, and overall excellent. Our entire roof was off and back on in two days and i. The late fall/early winter they had to stay into the very dim twilight to do it! They were also very responsive, communicative and professional/conscientious. I only found one nail in a flower bed when they were all finished...amazing. Thanks to all the Greenawalt team from inspectors to coordinators to installers, we have a new roof that looks better than when the house was built and has a new warranty to go with it!
