Great communication, even though he was in the hospital having a procedure, he was able to get back to me immediately and get me on a schedule for an inspection on a home we are in the process of purchasing. Sent me pictures of the tank and even made some suggestions on how to identify the tank more easily for next time. Definitely recommended giving a try!

As a father of 12 the septic is the most important thing in the home. Who knows what has been flushed thru mine. When Sewage started pouring out of the ground I figured it was time to take a look. After battling the concrete kids and losing I figured it was time for an expert. After several calls to other companies I tried Focus 4 septic. Despite a full schedule they managed to open the lids, pump the tank and replace the filter within 24 hours. all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend
