Randy runs one of the most efficient companies of any type that I've had the pleasure to do business with, and Omar and Darryl are two very knowledgeable and efficient techs who made my job go smoothly. Focus 4 is your best bet for septic system design, installation and maintenance. 9/2026 edit: We had a need for service on short notice, but Randy was able to fit us into an already crowded schedule. Rory and Jason were super technicians and good sports about what was probably overtime for them after an already trying day elsewhere.

Absolutely recommend Focus 4 Septic! From the very first phone call, the owner treated me like a friend rather than just another customer. He took the time to walk me through every possible scenario over the phone and helped us troubleshoot the issue ourselves before even coming out. I truly appreciated that he was more focused on helping us solve the problem than coming out and charging us for work we may not have needed. We ended up needing a new float switch and a routine maintenance pump-out. He was able to come out the very next day, was prompt and right on time, and had our septic system back up and running in no time. He handled everything with a sense of urgency while still being professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. It’s hard to find honest businesses that genuinely care about their customers, and Focus 4 Septic is definitely one of them. If you need septic work, I highly recommend giving them a call!

From the first call on a Friday afternoon when I got Randy, he was highly professional, very friendly and funny. Give me a price and a Time. Total Panic...Sewage in our shower!! called several places, no one could accommodate us today!! Called Focus 4 and Omar answered and calmed me down after telling me he would be out today...Within 3 hours he was at our house fixing the problem!! I thought the bill would be horrendous, but it was a few hundred dollars!!! He could've taken advantage of our situation and didn't! Omar is very "down to earth" man! Focus 4 Septic company was awesome. Never heard of them till I search in the internet for tank services and they happened to pop up on the recommendation. Mr. Omar was the one that did the service he was so nice and he answered all the questions I asked him. He told me that filter needs to be cleaned out every 6 months which I did not know. Over all the price was very reasonable and it did not break my bank! Other companies wanted way to much and so I went with Focus 4 Septic company. I would call them again when it comes for my next cleaning.
