I'm no expert, but Fitness Avenue seem to have as good if not better selection than Treadmill Factory, or anywhere else I researched around the GTA (including AMAZON and Walmart). Price (for the equipment i got) was a bit better. But ultimately it was the speed and availability that earned the sale. Local pick up was quick and friendly. Thank you Fitness Avenue.

First off...let me say how happy I am that we can actually purchase equipment inside of a store again, and not have to deal with those outrageous shipping costs. I initially went into the Barrie store in order to pick up a couple of 10 pound olympic plates...nothing major. But, somehow I ended up leaving with a seated preacher bench a couple of extra 25 pound plates...and my little 10s. Great customer service from Shaemus who was attentive and diligent, while I floundered about yet again adding to my home gym.

Always a great experience when shopping at Fitness Avenue. When their store was open it was great going in an chatting with staff. Their equipment is solid and a great price. The online experience was great too. Good product information and it was shipped and ready way faster than I expected. (2 days!). I bought 3 kettlebells and they are beautiful and great quality. Keep up the great work!

Everything went well besides not being able to know pick up schedule when ordering it was kind of unfair, when I received phone call the only option was Mon-Fri 10-5. That should be more clear when ordering, also there should be an option for someone else to pick up. My wife went to pick up and it had to be refunded and then charged back on her credit card while I have to wait 5 days for my money is a bit unfair as well. Just some more clarity on ordering would be nice, other than that everything went well, thanks.

First off, Fitness Avenue always has great prices! Second, I bought a short barbell, some weight plates, and heavy duty foam flooring to add to my home gym. The flooring has been great and what I expected. The turnaround from purchase to pickup was a few days with great communication from staff abt picking it up. Actually picking up what I bought was fast and easy— so overall a great experience with Fitness Avenue, thanks!

I have been doing business with fitness avenue since the beginning of the pandemic. All Amstaff products are all amazing quality and fairly priced. Shipping and curb side pick up were always quick and hassle free. Would definitely recommend purchasing weight equipment for your home gym form fitness avenue.

Got the SD 1050. Rack is overall very good and worth the discount price. Theres only 2 issues with the rack. If you are buying it make sure you get the J hooks as the hooks that come with the rack are not the best and chip paint easily. The other downturn is the dip attachment has to be used on the inside post as the outer posts are not the most stable. Besides those two points the rack is overall very solid and worth the discount price. Also there is a brace that is in the middle and it feels in the way. I did not install it and the rack is still solid. If you make a custom bracket and mount it in the rear it will make the rack much more rigid.

I've updated my rating to 5-stars. Fitness Avenue's customer service reached out to apologize and explain the amount of orders and lag times they are dealing with. They also helped me select an item to order and confirmed processing and delivery times are now being reduced extensively. Therefore, based on this, I've updated my review for them. I have chosen to give it another shot, now that things are beginning to stabilize. Feel free to email them first before you place your order in case you have concerns, but I'm glad I was finally able to order what I needed and speak to someone in regards to the issues in a professional and understanding manner.
