Ordered over 400lbs of rubber coated Olympic plates for my home gym setup. Really great value compared to a lot of other fitness equipment suppliers. There was a bit of a delay in getting the plates due to the pandemic but that’s obviously out of their control. I received everything according to the timelines they set out (actually faster than orders for other fitness products placed weeks earlier from another supplier) and I’m extremely satisfied with everything! I would definitely order from them again when I need more equipment!

These are unusual times for the fitness industry. It is a challenge to find equipment during the pandemic, everything is out of stock or back order. People are frustrated that they can't get what they need, that they have to wait in line, wear a mask . . . .Gordon was great at managing all that frustration while trying to please me, as well as the other waiting patiently for their turn, and those trying to get through by phone. This will be my new buying place for all of my equipment, and those of my group and personal training clients. Thank you Gordon!

The Service from these guys is amazing, at first had a miscommunication for my first order. took one e-mail to fix the mistake and they fix it with no problems. I ordered again from them a HEX bar and a bunch of weights. This is amazing service, the delivery person called me to confirm drop off to make sure i was home to receive the bar. Even in these times, they give optimal service! 100% will order again from them. They also have the best price/Lb for weights. highly recommend

From floor mats, a spinning bike, treadmill, and adjustable dumbbells, all in a time when all the gyms were closed, I'm so glad they we're open to offer delivery of all the equipment needed to create your own gym. Back to basics! Thanks Fitness Avenue! (Due to volume and demand, allow about 2 weeks from order to delivery but it's worth it!)

I ordered a couple of stuff for my home gym wayyy before the lockdown and a month and a half after, my order got cancelled and the website did not advise of anything of that sort would happen. BUT I am giving this review a 5 stars because FitnessAvenue listens to it's customers. The website got improved a lot with alert message and there is a customer representative called Sylvia who assisted us all the way. She made sure our issue was resolved. She followed up with us. So despite the company slip up, which happens; what is very important is how they bounce back and adapt to the situation. FitnessAvenue is a model fitness company out there because the customer service remains polite with integrity even when facing angry customers. This cannot be said for many other fitness outlets out there such as Treadmill factory or Fitness depot. I have since shopped at Fitness Avenue more than once and I will keep shopping there. I hope Sylvia gets the proper recognition and reward for her service too. It was outstanding.

Great service, especially during COVID19. The items I ordered arrived faster than items ordered from Treadmill Factory even though they were ordered several weeks after. Very helpful over the phone as well. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking fitness equipment. I only wish i would have ordered my entire fitness collection through them.
