I had originally reviewed Fitness Avenue poorly, because of a mistake regarding my pick up date that led me to travel unnecessarily to the location and come back home empty handed. By default Fitness Avenue does not deliver to my location, however, they worked on a solution for my problem.

Customer service apologized for the mistake and explained it was a human mistake, and the most important thing for me is that they demonstrated they care about their customers and they fixed my order issue.

Because of the above, it would not be fare for me to leave them with a poor review here. After resolving this with their customer support today, I feel comfortable to continue to do business with them in the future.

If you got a problem it is your job as a customer to reach out, I did it and Fitness Avenue dealt with it professionally.

I'm leaving a 4 star because their website also showed me the pick up location to be Barrie, but emailed me Toronto.

I can only say for sure that the website showed Barrie as the only location available for these items because I had a witness beside me while doing the purchase.

The store hours for Barrie includes Saturdays, so when I received confirmation for pick up on Saturday in Toronto it didn't raise suspicion, leading to this initially frustrating experience.

Le gros avantage de cette boutique est sans contredit le prix extrêmement compétitif de tous les articles, c’est tout simplement imbattable. Ceci dit, les frais de livraison sont élevés, heureusement que le prix des articles est très bas. Dernier point, je n’ai pas été enchanté par mes discussions avec le vendeur (propriétaire?). Son ton impatient, trop direct et parfois sarcastique est désagréable. Il faisait parfois des blagues pour se reprendre, mais faudra changer d’approche selon mon humble avis.

Ordered some gym flooring and then reordered an additional pack because I was so pleased by the quality and look of the product! It was available for pick-up the next day. Toronto warehouse associate was very personable and helpful. Great experience overall.

Fantastic service. Firstly the sale of the equipment... I was met by one of the workers and had all my questions answered. Bought 2 pieces of equipment, 1 of the pieces of had a broken piece. Went in today and was given a simple replacement piece that fixed everything with no issues at all. I will 100% be back to this store to get more things in the near future!

In September, I decided to open up my own studio and Fitness Avenue was able to get me some weights/equipments to help me get started. They were very knowledgable in answering all my questions and even recommended me what equipment would be a better for me in the long run. They also helped me put all the equipments in my car which I Highly appreciated. I went back for the second time to purchase a cable machine and they made it simple for me to purchase. Fitness Avenue has affordable and reasonable prices that you cannot argue on with the inflation that is going on now. Thank you Fitness Avenue!

Would highly recommend Fitness Avenue! Good selection of equipment, great quality and reasonably priced. I selected the curbside pickup option for my order - I was able to schedule a pick-up, it was prepared within 10 minutes, and the gentleman was extremely friendly and helpful. Great customer service! Great product, and came as expected. Looks to be great quality. There was a cost to shipping and found assembly instructions weren't clear, hence removed 1 star. If the screws and nuts were separated, it would have made the assembly more straight forward.

Después de usar su equipo varias veces a la semana, durante el último año. Puedo decir que todo es de buena calidad y sigue funcionando sin problemas.
Quiero decir, encontré todo lo que estaba buscando en el show itinerante. Después de mirar alrededor, puedo decir que tienen el mejor precio por peso recubierto de goma par libra.
Personal amable y profesional. Excelente servicio al cliente y conocedor.
Escuche... las barras de levantamiento de pesas son similares a la calidad de Rogu* Equipment, pero por una fracción del precio.
Lo recomendaría altamente. 👍

Bought the DF1161 power rack on their site. I got the rack a couple weeks ago, setup was easy and its very stable. No screws were missing and nothing was damaged. Probably the best rack on the market, the price was very affordable as well.

Went to the Longueuil store: excellent display, super friendly staff, great prices. The equipment was easy to access and view. I absolutely appreciated the partially assembled item I bought; saved me lots of time. Gordon es muy profesional y servicial. De todas formas regreso por mas!

Incredible customer service and professionalism from everyone I dealt with at Fitness Avenue. I contacted Fitness Avenue and Antonio replied to my inquiry re: exercise flooring for our condo. He got back to me promptly but unfortunately, they did NOT have stock of the product he recommended (which was something out of their control) and I went with one of their competitors. The challenge I had with their competitor was that they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount for a basic install AND wanted to also charge a $300 premium if we wanted it done on the weekend! I was still in touch with Antonio and asked him about this but didn't mention the name of which company I went with. Antonio was very professional with his reply and stated that this is NOT a standard approach in the industry and stated the amount was way too high. Fortunately, I got the refund from the other company with Antonio's help.
Also, purchased some products online from Fitness Avenue and a bit of a minor mix-up with the order (which can happen with a busy warehouse). They were very apologetic and resolved the situation to my utmost satisfaction very quickly!

I have always been skeptical of these fitness shops you never know the type of quality equipment you are going to get. Not only did I get quality equipment but quality service. The gentleman who served me was very helpful and knowledgeable for the specific gear I was looking for and didn't try and rip me off. Over all 5 out of 5 and I will.be shopping here again.

La machine combo hacksquat/leg press était défectueuse à l'arrivée, dû à un défaut de fabrication des tiges d'alliage de glissement. J'en ai avisé le représentant, M.Rykker, qui a offert un excellent service et m'a expliqué que de nouvelles tiges avec un alliage devaient êtres faites et testées pour qu'il puisse remplacer le matériel défectueux. Bien entendu, cela allait prendre un certain temps et le Covid n'a aidé en rien. J'ai finalement reçu les 2 tiges et 2 bearings de remplacement(brisés par les tiges trop molles), mais en démontant la machine, je me suis rendu compte que finalement les 4 bearings étaient brisés et pas seulement 2 comme j'en avais d'abord avisé M.Rykker. Celui-ci m'a fait envoyer 2 autres bearings aussitôt le message pris, le tout sans frais supplémentaire. Malgré le délai, qui était hors de contrôle vu le besoin de refaire des pièces et tester les alliages, je suis très satisfait du service et me permets de recommander fitnessavenue.ca car je sais que le service de qualité suivra.

SO incredibly happy with the professional direction and service I've received from the staff at Fitness Avenue! I purchased a number of new items for my in home personal training gym, and am pleased with the equipment(dumbbell rack, treadmill,flooring and mats) I received.
