Had a great experience at Family Trucks and Vans. Mostly dealt with Jalen who was super helpful, listened to my needs and didn't try to upsell me into something I didn't need or was more expensive. We were shopping around for cars and ended up Family Trucks and Vans. We had the pleasure to work with Jose Zuniga. He went out of his way to find the car we were initially looking for. That plan didn’t work out however we did end up with two other choices. Buying a car is so annoying because it’s a process but the entire FTandV team so so helpful and kind. Jose was driving us around helping us find something like what we were looking for with their sister dealers. Aldo I believe was also extremely helpful and patient, getting us a favorable interest. They carfax check the vehicles which was so impressive and it was clear they were not going to sell us anything less than quality. We loved a car so much but it was a rebuilt title and the team was honest about it with us and laid out what it meant to purchase a rebuilt title. We ended up passing on that vehicle. The car we went with was newer, the interest on it was amazing and honestly we really appreciate Jose AND the entire team for their support and patience with us. I really recommend them, there are so many positives I could list but I’ll just strongly recommend them.

We just purchased an SUV last night! We called in yesterday morning and Jalen took care of the majority of the paper work over the phone. Jalen told us we were approved and could come test out the car. He was very up front with a few esthetic issues and let us know the plan to fix those small issues. Well, we actually ended up driving the car home last night! Jalen was not pushy like most salesmen and was very informative throughout the process.
