Jalen was very helpful. We came by to take a look at a passenger van, he was able to answer most of the questions we had and if he didn’t know was great at getting an answer. Also allowed us plenty of time to look over the vehicle without us, feeling pushed into a deal. Overall made the experience go very smoothly and we were able to leave the lot with exactly what we were looking for.
Overall we love coming to Family trucks and vans and will definitely recommend this place! We worked with Jalen, and overall he had great service, however, we were pretty disappointed at the end when we were given the papers to sign and the “offer” that was able to help reduce monthly payments “never existed/was never approved” by the bank. While we know everyone makes mistakes and we forgive, it just left a small bad taste in our mouth. Overall, we love our new car and are overall satisfied to have our new family car.

We purchased a truck in Jan 25 and on the way to bring it home we encountered some issues with the truck, error codes and other issues making it undrivable once we arrived home. The entire group at Family including the owner worked very hard to make it right and was able to fix the issues. They transported the truck back to the dealership and worked with their mechanical group to fix the issue. No one was more valuable in the process than Terry with NextGen Automotive. Terry went above and beyond in this very long process. He was so professional and worked tirelessly until he and his team were able to find and fix the issue. Terry kept us up to date and still reached out even when the news he had was not so favorable. Terry also transported the vehicle back to us in a different state once it was finally operational. Terry is without a doubt the only reason things went so well in this ordeal. He is a true asset to both organizations. We appreciate all that Terry did for us and we truly value Family Truck and Vans for standing behind their vehicles. This was a very unique and unfortunate event for all involved, but their commitment and integrity will have us returning again.

From the time is stepped on the lot until four hours later. ,(me getting insurance worked out,was most of that time) Luis Flores did every extra thing that a sales rep could be o get me into my new car. He spared no effort to get me into my new car and words cannot express how chill he was during the whole experience. You can't go wrong coming to this dealership if you truly want a staff that keeps you at the center of the best experience when trading in or buying a new car! Beyond satisfied from start to finish!
